A really perfect stay at Isabelle and Bertrand's. We arrived a little later than planned and they welcomed us warmly. Isabelle gave us a tour of the room. The breakfast was really the pinnacle of the stay. The small basket had everything we needed and everything was delicious. Isabelle was very responsive by message to the questions we had. The view from the bedroom was great and it's a really quiet corner. In short, I highly recommend this place and if we return to the area one day, we will not hesitate to return here. Once again, thank you for everything:)

Very large and comfortable acacia room. Great location for a weekend in Ghent. The hosts are very attentive, gave us plenty of good places and the possibility of renting bikes was much appreciated to go quickly to the city center. We enjoyed the house and its decor . Quiet place, we saw one of the squirrels in the neighborhood. Amazing breakfast with homemade products.

Often the pictures are better than the real deal. Here its the opposite. The reality is much better than the pictures. The hosts are great. They give you a ride to and from Tomorrowland and on the way back a cold bottle of water. Their breakfast is superb and served in their garden. I could not think of anything that need to be changed. The accommodation was super! Beautifully decorated rooms and a friendly host. The green surroundings are certainly also a plus. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely 2 days at Myriam's place. Myriam is welcoming and enjoys connecting with her guests. We can only recommend staying in her lovely home. The proximity to tram 4 makes it easy to get around the center of Brussels.

An exceptional and unprecedented place; high quality hosts. There are only qualities for the cyclists that we are (box box for bikes). The welcome with a real Belgian beer is a plus. Thank you

A lovely stay in this beautifully converted barn. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and made us a delicious fresh breakfast every day. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a wonderful large bed and nice common spaces to relax. A very short walk to the train for a 5 minute journey into Ninove. One small shop close by and I think a frieterie; though we did not use this. For everything else you will probably need to make a short trip,

Sofies & Barts house and the beautiful garden is a real jewel. We had a wonderful time at this place and are still raving about the loving breakfast. With all the little details and a lot of love, the two really made our stay special in every way! Highly recommend!

This is a very cozy hotel, you can also feel the historic things, i loved the storytelling that Niels gave us. We stayed only one night, but everything went very well, it is really close to Gand, amazing city that impressed us for life. Thank you Niels and hope seeing you again;)

Bruno's place is awesome! a very classy and luxurious room with a beautiful design... the house itself was also very classy and our child loved the studio. Bruno was so nice and accomadating; can't wait to come back

We had a great night at Niels' place. The atmosphere of the hotel and room really plunged us into the 1900s. The bathroom was huge (special mention for the bathtub👍) Only small downside, I don't know if it's our room or if it's the same in all the rooms but we had a crow's nest at our room and at 6:30 in the morning they made a lot of noise. Otherwise, breakfast was very good with sweet and savory. I recommend Niels for his kindness and responsiveness ✨

A piece of paradise in the heart of the Flemish Ardennes - highly recommended! Our time in this oasis of green was downright magical. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment that was both soothing and inspiring. The garden - a piece of Tuscany on the border of Wallonia and Flanders - felt like a hidden gem, where every corner provided a postcard-worthy view. The hosts were undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay. Warm, welcoming and always up for a cozy conversation, they shared fascinating anecdotes about the region and their passion for Italy. An extra layer for our stay, so that we not only enjoyed, but also learned. We also enjoyed the beautiful and artistic decor. The dinner was a culinary adventure that transported us directly to Italy, enriched with homemade elements, such as the condimento & walnut port. After being awakened by birdsong and a great breakfast, we left satisfied. Thank you!
