We are located on the High Street in the heart of medieval Rye, perfect for exploring this beautiful historic town. Our flat is on the 2nd floor, the stairs are winding so not recommended if you have mobility issues. Open plan kitchen & living area, separate bedroom with king size bed, shower room, Please Note * The shower cubicle is small but works well! 3 minutes walk from station, pubs, restaurants & car parks, we recommend the Cattle Market car park, Rope Walk TN31 7NA £2.50 for 24 hours.

This light and airy sunny room has its own entrance exclusively for our guests, via a pair of french doors off a patio, also exclusively for guests use. ensuite shower room and super king size bed. the room has lovely views,and private garden over looking a tree lined paddock, full of wildlife. Enjoy an early morning cuppa in super king size bed, or a evening beverage on the patio, and you may even see an owl swooping and foraging for food. There is a great pub only a short 5 minute walk away.

Rother - Rye is a studio in the centre of Rye. It’s in an fab location to see all the town. Just 2 minutes walk from The Landgate Arch, and Conduit Hill which both lead to the high street. The popular Waterworks brewery is just at the end of the street. This studio has a king size bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the property has stairs. 1300 sq. ft of spacious, modern accommodation situated half an hour from J 10 on the M20, and half-way between Tenterden and Rye. It's a short drive to the great Camber Sands Beach. 40 minutes or so from the Eurotunnel - we have often gone to Paris for lunch!! Lots to do in the area - Kentish vineyards, National Trust and English Heritage properties, a real steam railway a few miles away, a leisure centre, beauty spas, local museum, McArthur Glen Outlet in Ashford and lots more.
