Good place to stay my family and I had a really good time felt like home very clean enough space for the kids to be free around Checking in and out was smooth definitely recommend specially for that price

The house is beautiful and clean. Check in process is easy and smooth! I would definitely recommend if you are traveling with family, is a very spacious and comfortable house to stay .

We recently stayed here for the first time and we just loved it, in fact we have re-booked for all our future 2025 work trips to Newmarket. The space actually feels like a house, it is very big. The photos do not do the place justice. It is large, bright, airy, clean, freshly painted and renovated with 2 washrooms, one that is above and beyond what I have ever seen at AirBnB. Fully equipped kitchen and just an overall very nice environment. The furniture was all super comfortable - the space was just terrific. And the hosts were very friendly, super helpful, accommodating - I can’t say enough. They live on site in the main floor apt which we really liked because it seemed like much more care was put in to the experience than an Airbnb with an off site owner. Minutes walk to the hospital, historic Main Street, children’s park, bike paths - lovely neighbourhood and very quiet. Thank you so much Lili!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. It is in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice park near by. It is well throughout and perfect for events going on at the college. If we have another sporting event at the college, we will be reaching out to book!

Tony’s property is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! Tony was an amazing host and did everything to ensure our stay was a lovely experience. I sincerely want to thank him again for the gracious hospitality. The property is immaculate, clean, cozy warm and welcoming. Recently stayed over the weekend for my sons baseball tournament. The suite was as described, had great amenities, and was clean with some gifts waiting for us upon our arrival. Paris responded quickly to inquiries throughout the weekend and was very accommodating to a special request. The area feels safe and we had lots of privacy. Comes with a full kitchen, BBQ, spacious beds, lots of closet space, and over was a very comfortable and enjoyable place for us to spend our weekend. Thank you again Paris!

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Francis's place was one of the best air B&B's that we have stayed it. it is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is easy to get to. The space was immaculate, and felt right at home. The beds are comfy, and the space had everything we needed. Francis was easy to communicate with. Would 100% stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We were in the area for a dance competition. Lisa’s place was perfect! The bed was cozy and comfortable! We appreciated the full kitchen and modern living room, which felt like home. The space was bright and well-lit. We enjoyed walking our dog in the neighbourhood. Lisa was so kind! She left us breakfast, snacks, and even dog toys! She also accommodated an early check-in. Thank you so much! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The suite is spacious, clean and equipped well. The beds were nice and firm with lots of blankets. it's a great place to relax after a super busy day. The hosts were also super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

The basement-apartment was very spacious with 2 decent sized bedroom and a full kitchen. The quiet location was excellent, the house was extremely clean, and Arun was a very responsive host! It was a great experience for me and my family.

Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

Patricks place was a perfect mini get away thats close around the city! We absolutely loved how private and spacious his place is. The pool and sauna was needed on a hot day! Definitely will come back again!

We recently stayed at this property while attending a graduation in Oshawa with a large group of 9 adults and 6 children. The space was spacious and able to comfortably accommodate our group, which was a huge plus. What truly stood out was how responsive and accommodating the hosts were throughout our stay. Anytime we had a concern or request, they responded promptly and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. That level of attentiveness really made a difference for us. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the hosts for being so engaged and supportive!

Beautiful and serene neighborhood - we really enjoyed our daily walks there. Lots of different types of restaurants and grocery stores - only minutes of drive away. The house is better than advertised, wonderfully spacious, and well designed with 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, 7 baths, perfect for family reunions or groups of friends. Susan was a great host. Her instructions and responses were timely, concise, and easy to follow. We had a magnificent time in the house and will definitely stay in it if it is available when we come back in the future.
