Self contained part of charming thatched cottage in this attractive South Oxfordshire village, between Didcot (2.5 miles) and Wallingford (3.5 miles). The accommodation has its own entrance, sitting room - with inglenook fireplace (only use electric fire provided) - and steep, winding stairs leading to the large bedroom with vaulted ceiling and superking bed. Guests will have sole use of the adjoining bathroom. Period features also include low beams, but rule out a shower. Not for children.

Relax at this peaceful and centrally-located private 1-bed apartment with its own entrance and parking. Double-sized bed upstairs and a Futon clic clac sofa bed downstairs, comfortable for a young child to sleep. Only a 5-min walk from Didcot station with direct trains to Reading, Oxford and London Paddington; as well as buses to Harwell, Milton Park, Wantage & Abingdon. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

This unique place has a style of its own. This newly refurbished and family friendly cabin will hopefully delight. Open for shorter or longer stays. This self contained charming space offers a secluded spot within our 1 acre garden. With a private patio to the rear for outside eating and socialising, close to two village pubs, we are wonderfully located for a relaxing/ fun trip. A wonderfully light, spacious, comfortable house on a very quiet street in Didcot old town. The house can sleep 7-8 people, with 6 beds in 4 bedrooms and parking for 2-3 cars. Located within walking distance of the station, town centre, cinema, shopping centre and gym, our home from home has full fibre broadband, a 50” TV with Amazon and Netflix and the all important washer dryer.
