Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in East Hampton

Shelia’s house was a gem. My group enjoyed spending our Hamptons weekend at her property. Shelia ensured the property was squeaky clean, and hospitable. I was impressed with the work she put into the place. The bedrooms, kitchen, deck/backyard and living room were all updated, comfy and comfortable to be in. The location is also only a 5 minute drive from the main area in town in east Hampton and 18-20 minutes from Montauk. Shelia also provided very clear directions for access. I wish she had a beach chair or two there, but that’s okay. She provided everything else we needed. Overall, Shelia was a kind, attentive and excellent host. I would return to her place again for sure!

The house is beautifully nestled on a quiet street. We spent five days at the house and very much enjoyed our time there. James was quite responsive to several questions that we had.

Upon seeing her home on the website, I contacted Amy several months prior to my travel days. She responded right away, answered what questions I had, and the booking was set. About a month prior to my check in date I asked to come a day early and she easily accommodated me. I received check in instruction a day or two prior to my arrival. On check in day after a long flight and drive from the airport I contacted Amy from the car asking for any suggestions for dinner prior to reaching her home. She got back to me immediately with a couple of places. It's a beautiful home, lush surroundings and a large pool. There was a notebook with information about the home and check out instructions. I can't give a high enough recommendation!

Can not recommend more! Beautiful house and perfect location! Would love to come back. Kids loved the beach and finding shells and little sea creatures in low tide!

My friends and I booked Renee’s place for a relaxing getaway weekend. The house was exactly what we needed, clean, private, and full of everything we needed. Renee was responsive and flexible and overall just a wonderful host. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at Maher’s home for a long weekend. The house was spacious and comfortable and we really liked the location. The backyard has a nice deck and outdoor shower! Maher was extremely responsive and helpful all weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was such a great stay for our family. The smart TVs were great for my toddler, we were super close to town and Montauk, the kitchen was very useable. The Springs area was new for us but it was such a great vibe. Wish there was an option for daily pool cleaning/maintenance, but not a must have. The pool could also use some work around the perimeter. There’s a lot of dirt and debris built up from the surrounding trees that my son (2 year old) was getting into. Without kids, this is no big deal. Overall the pool was great and we enjoyed the heating and got in everyday. My dog (35 lb labradoodle) was able to get under the deck which was fine, but we just constantly checked for ticks to assure he was okay. No issues there. He loved the huge yard the same way we did.

I do not even know where to begin.We had a last minute change from our other booking and was completely stressed but Harris came in and saved the day with making it so easy for us to book his house last minute.From the minute we arrived to the personalized note with fresh flowers to having every product we needed in the bathrooms .The home was beautiful and very homey and enough space for all of our guests .The location was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back .Harris was the best host and my daughter had the best week .If you are looking for a fabulous house with a great location look no further .Harris ,we can’t thank you enough.We will definitely be back .

We had a great weekend at Nicholas’s place. It was very peaceful in the woods, and we enjoyed using the record player and looking through the books spread throughout the studio. Nicholas was very responsive when I texted with questions and we used his provided recommendations to find breakfast and dinner. We’d definitely stay here again!

Claudias place might be my favorite air bnb I have stayed at. She has EVERYTHING you could ever think of! The kitchen is stocked with supplies and coffee, which I really appreciated. It was extremely clean and so cozy and felt like your own little space. It is comfortable, private, and a perfect get away from the city. Great for visiting Hamptons if you have a car! Also love her recommendations. I would come back here again and would recommend it without reserve!

We had a gorgeous one night stay in June 2025 and can’t wait to come back. The studio room was spotless and had everything we could need. The view of the ocean was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were a party of 5 women and we had a wonderful stay. The location was great, the unit was spotless and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessities, the towels and linens provided were very nice quality, and Amanda was a wonderful host and very responsive. We were able to check-in early which is always an added bonus. The only thing we would recommend being disclosed is that the train is right behind the location and came through pretty early in the morning and was quite loud. Also worth mentioning in the description would be the amount of stairs to get up to the living area of the home. This was not an issue for us, but could be difficult if you had large suitcases and heavy items to carry up. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. Jason was a great host. Very responsive to any questions we had while staying on Shelter Island. The location is great - easy walk from the North Ferry and central to great restaurants. Airbnb was exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay again! Thanks again Jason!

Clare was a great host and gave many local recommendations right off the bat. She was very reachable when we needed something. Place was clean (very nice bathroom) but we did find a few bugs here and there (it's on the ground floor and we visited in summer) so would recommend bringing bug spray. Overall great stay.

It was such a pleasure spending a weekend in Claire’s studio. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and my wife and I particularly appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare a dinner one night and make our own pour-over coffee in the morning. We also loved hearing the birds as we woke up in the morning. And the location is terrific—an easy walk to the Southhold town center and a quick drive to other surrounding attractions like Greenport, nearby beaches, and wineries. Highly recommend!

Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

Great stay for a quick weekend getaway! Highly recommend as you are right by the beach, Montauk's downtown, and have access to a pool area.

My husband and I had a great stay at Doug’s condo! The unit is in a great location with beautiful views. Parking was super convenient and Doug makes check in a breeze. We enjoyed staying bay side and visited the restaurants nearby which are walking distance! We would definitely return and stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
