Absolutely beautiful place, cosy little hut, safe for kids to run around, swings in trees, big play area, garden play room, little fields with football and nets, all lit up at night, great little kitchen area, fantastic shower, campfire and big bbq, lots to do nearby, everywhere fresh and clean, very friendly and helpful staff, would 1000% recommend and will definitely be back in the very near future!

Lovely peaceful cottage with private parking. Large bedroom and bathroom with comfortable sitting room. Good location for Scarborough, Castle Howard and the surrounding villages and towns. Unfortunately, there is no food shop in Snainton, but great farm shops (e.g Cedar Barn) close by.

A lovely and peaceful stay, the house was well equipped and Susan was really clear in the pre-stay communications (recommend using the what.three.words app to locate). The farm is very remote but exactly what we wanted and well located for trips to York, Whitby, Malton, Scarborough and other villages and towns nearby. The house was clean and tidy and exactly as described, would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay a Kate’s place and met lots of friendly people, horses and dogs while there. The location was ideal for us close to the wildlife attractions we wanted to see and with beautiful walks close by. Kate, was very helpful in providing suggestions on places of interest in the area including restaurants.
