This Lansing home has been fully remodeled while holding its vintage charm in a quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. It is close to all that Lansing has to offer, 2 miles to the edge of MSU campus and 1 mile to downtown Lansing. 1st floor feels open and cozy with a pull-out sofa and large TV, open concept sitting room near the kitchen, full bathrooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor, queen bedroom on main floor, 2 more bedrooms upstairs w/ King and Full beds. A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
