A bijou but perfectly formed space with a warm luxurious blend of natural rich organic textures creating a comfortable light, cozy relaxing room to embrace the simple pleasures of life. Walking distance to the city centre of Chichester. The room provides a king size bed, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils for a simple breakfast.

South Cottage is located down a private drive with private parking. Has outstanding views of the countryside to the South, East and West. Central Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit is a 20 minutes walk. A great location for cyclists with safe access to the Centurion Way a safe place for children and the less confident cyclist wanting to ride into Chichester or up to West Dean. The property is maintained to a high standard and a box of goodies including champagne welcomes our guests.

Separate annexe alongside our traditional Sussex brick and flint cottage, nestled inside the South Downs National Park, close to Goodwood horseracing & motor-racing circuits, the Weald & Downland living museum, home of BBC's The Repair Shop and West Dean Gardens & College. Our friendly local pub and village shop are within a short walk, and the cathedral city of Chichester with the famous Chichester Festival Theatre is 5 miles away.

Gorgeous flat in luxury Graylingwell development

Our place is in the leafy north of Chichester, with a dedicated parking space and easy access to both the town centre and Goodwood. The development is a converted Victorian hospital with light and airy rooms, and surrounded by green open spaces. There's also great brunch at the Pavillion in Havenstoke Park. You've got your own private parking space (about 100m from the flat) and WIFI/Smart TV to help you relax.
