Our large yard provides you additional space to enjoy the stunning view. From the first weekend of May-Sept 30th, you will also have access to our shared pier. Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or other nearby activities: skiing, golfing and ziplining. Beach chairs/toys, fire pit, grill, games and folding chairs are also provided.

Enjoy nearby attractions, Lake County Fairgrounds, Six Flags Great America, Great Lakes Naval Base, and Gurnee Mills Mall, or spend the day in Chicago which is 29 miles. There's access to grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, and you can retreat to the quiet of your studio when you're ready to unwind. Ps. For the winter months: We've got heated floors.

This is a newly remodeled single-family home! It is small but has everything you need to enjoy time with family and friends during your stay in the Chicagoland area! There are two bedrooms each with a queen bed, an updated bathroom, a dining room with seating for 6, a cozy living room with a Crate & Barrel pull-out queen sofa bed, and a nice, updated kitchen! There's a brand-new washing machine and dryer in the basement. There's a nice patio table outside too in the private yard. Welcome!
