Fully renovated apartment with elegant aesthetics in one of the most central parts of the city, on the second floor with access from the stairs. Spacious, warm, modern, able to steal your heart. It has a beautiful garden, with a table and benches!!! The house is located opposite the Holy Trinity Church and next to it there is a playground. The surrounding area is surrounded by trees, in a quiet neighborhood. The nearest supermarket is 50 meters away.

HELIANTHOS VILLA - APARTMENT 4

A very cosy house(45sqm) a few minutes away from the beach that is ideal for couples or small families. There is a big, lovely garden and a barbecue as well as all the amenities that you'll need in the house. It is also located in a quiet neighbourhood away from the main street, with free parking in front of the house. Kavala town is 8km away and there's a mini market nearby as well as a few tavernas.
