Holiday rentals with beach access in East Macedonia and Thrace

Peaceful house. There is a wild beach 3min from the house with clean water. La scala beach is 500-600meters from the house. In the city center there are a lot of restaurants with good food. I recommend going with a car or taxi.

We had a lovely time. The house is right next to the beach. Dimitra is a very kind person, easy to communicate with. There is a beautiful terrace with a nice view. Everything is as described.

Marco's mother-in-law Sarra met us on arrival. She asked us to text her when we were an hour away. Then she sent a message 2 say that her husband had parked his car on the busy street to keep a parking space for us. That was wonderful! Sarra showed us round the apartment and gave us lots of info about the area/restaurants/ferries to Thassos etc. When we forgot that the key card needed to be in the slot for the electricity to work and messaged her about it she responded very quickly. She answered all our queries promptly. We loved the apartment. It was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the outside terrace was wonderful for relaxing on as well as for getting our clothes dried. Once we had moved the car it was impossible to get a space again in the street and we used the paying parking lot on the map which Marco had provided. It wasn't far to walk and cost only about €6 per day. We loved staying here and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and Kavala to others.

Ich hatte rund vier wundervolle Wochen bei Alexandros bzw. seinem Vater in Skala Potamia. Die Kommunikation lief super und sehr fix. Vor Ort zeigte Alexandros' Vater eine Gastfreundschaft, die ich so noch nie erlebt habe. Dafür einen großen Dank. Das Apartment war wie beschrieben, vor allem der sehr große Balkon ist wundervoll. Gute Infrastruktur in unmittelbarer Umgebung. In der Nebensaison ist natürlich weniger offen als in der Hauptsaison, aber mir fehlte es an nichts. Sehr schöner Strand, gut auch für Touren, Wandern oder einfach Hot Spots erkunden (Aliki, Giola, Paradise Beach, Marble Beach usw.). Der Osten der Insel ist in dieser Hinsicht ideal. Ein Auto/Roller oder Ähnliches empfiehlt sich auf Thassos, da Busse sehr unregelmäßig fahren. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an dieser Stelle!

Marina is a wonderful, kind, and attentive host. The apartment was amazing; we stayed there for 6 days with four people (two adults and two children), and everything was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. And what a stunning view from the terrace! We were very pleased and highly recommend it! The apartment is very close to the sea. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft von Penelope und ihrer Mutter war wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung (insbesondere auch das große, bequeme Bett, der viele Platz in den Schlafzimmerschränken für die Kleidung und die Küche) und ein Garten, den unsere Tochter zum Spielen geliebt hat und in dem wir sehr oft gegrillt haben. Eine Bäckerei und ein Supermarkt sind in Laufentfernung. Penelope war immer schnell zu erreichen, super freundlich und hat uns klasse Tipps, u.a. für Restaurants gegeben. Ihre Mutter, die vor Ort im selben Gebäude wohnt, hat sich lieb aber unaufdringlich um unsgekümmert und ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine ganz klare Weiterempfehlung, wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen!!

It was a great stay. The place was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids. The morning coffee with that amazing view on the balcony was great! The host was friendly and helpful, they responded very fast. We will strongly recommend to our family, friends and everyone! :)

Fünf Sterne reichen nicht um die Gastfreundschaft an diesem Ort zu beschreiben. Sie war unglaublich! Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle erneut für einen wunderbaren Urlaub mit unseren zwei Kindern bedanken. Die Lage der Wohnung nur wenige Schritte von einem wunderbaren Strand ist großartig. Der Garten wunderschön. Unsere Kinder liebten die Gastgeber und spielten viel mit ihrem Hund, der selbst zu Kleinkindern unglaublich lieb ist. Wir würden so gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles!

Tolle Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Durch die Strandnähe und einem Privaten Pool waren wir gleich angetan. Weil wir genau das gesucht haben. Bei dieser Unterkunft wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Abends und Mittags kann man sehr gut in der ca. 5 min entfernt gelegenen Stadt essen gehen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Aglaia war uns von Anfang an sehr sympathisch und hat in kürzester Zeit unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir würden gerne nochmal kommen da uns auch allgemein die Insel mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden sehr gefallen hat.

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

The appartment/studio was clean and had everything we needed: a bed, small kitchen, fridge, shower and small private balcony for breakfast. The host was very nice and even cleaned our trash out during our stay. Thassos is a beautiful island and this airbnb was located super close to the sea and many restaurants. Hotel Stefanos next door was a great place for a late drink with live music and karaoke nights! The bed was quite hard/firm but everything else was absolutely perfect!

The place is amazing, and Anastasia is more than just a great host. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures—or even better. We stayed for 9 days with our two children (a baby and a toddler) and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The garden is incredible—so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and interesting sights. We’d be happy to visit Thasos again and stay at Grandma’s House in the future.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in kavala, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und in der Wohnung war alles vorhanden. Super Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick

Wir waren als Familie für 6 Nächte hier. Die Besitzerin des Hauses hat uns sehr nett empfangen, sie ist eine sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und freundliche Dame. Es hat einen großen Garten mit viel Grün und Obstbäumen, der zum Grillen geeignet ist, das Haus ist sauber, alles ist vorhanden, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ausreichend und sehr sauber, die Betten sind perfekt für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Das Meer und der Sand sind vorhanden Sehr schön, sehr gut für Kinder geeignet. Ich möchte dem Besitzer des Hauses für seine Hilfsbereitschaft und Herzlichkeit danken.

We had a wonderful seaside vacation at Niko’s place with our kids. The apartment is right on the beach, safe and secluded, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children could safely play outside—in the yard, on the beach just steps away, or at the basketball court right in front of the building. The beach was beautiful, and the view from the terrace was unforgettable and peaceful, accompanied by the songs of birds. Niko was quick to respond and helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this place!

Ihtiyaciniz olan her sey ama her sey sizin yerinize dusunulmus bir sekilde evde mevcuttu. Eve girdigimiz anda her yerde sekerlemeler ve atistirmaliklar vardi. Evden ayrilacagimiz gunun sabahi da cok ince dusunceli bir ikram ve hediye ile bize iyi yolculuklar dilemek icin geldi. Kendisini tanidigimiza memnun kaldik. Bu bolgeye geldigimde yine burada kalmak isterim umarim ilerde tekrar gorusuruz..

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and cozy villa! The villa is tastefully decorated and comes with a huge balcony offering splendid views — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay; the only thing missing is a washing machine to make it truly perfect. We loved having the convenience of private parking right inside the property, which made it easy for us to explore the nearby areas. The local beach is just wonderful, and the charming town nearby adds to the overall experience. Kavala and Nea Iraklitsa are just a 5-10 minute drive away, both offering large supermarkets and a wide range of dining options. If you're up for more beach adventures, there are several stunning beaches around a 30-minute drive to the south that are definitely worth visiting. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Auf unserer Reise von der Türkei nach Deutschland erlitten wir einen Wildschaden. Das Auto war nicht mehr fahrbereit und musste in die Werkstatt, wodurch unser Aufenthalt in Alexandroupoli besiegelt war. Nach einer Nacht im Herzen der Stadt suchten wir für den weiteren Aufenthalt einen ruhigeren Ort. Dabei stießen wir auf Pennys Appartement. Nach einer Besichtigung, die perfekt den Bildern entsprach, haben wir gebucht. Penny gab uns sofort tolle Tipps, wo wir Restaurants und Geschäfte finden. Besonders empfahl sie das lokale Tahini. Selten habe ich eine so freundliche Person wie Penny getroffen. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und antwortete schnell und freundlich auf unsere Fragen. Ihre Ortskenntnis und Empfehlungen für regionale Spezialitäten machten unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Gastgeberin wünschen können.

Прекрасный апартамент, чистый, для приготовления еды имеется все необходимое плита, посуда, так же есть кофемашина и много капсул кофе. Чистое белье, кондиционер есть в каждой комнате-что очень важно.Парковка бесплатная около дома-всегда было место. И конечно, собака, которую полюбили все отдыхающие. Спасибо, мы обязательно вернемся!

Wir sind das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Haben uns erneut sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie hatte ein besonders bequemes Bett. Atemberaubend ist der Balkon mit der Aussicht. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergänge wie nur für uns gemacht. 😍 Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Traumhaft! Unsere Vermieter waren wieder sehr freundlich und doch sehr zurückhaltend. Bei Problemen (wir hatten uns einen Grill gewünscht) wurde sofort eine Lösung herbeigeführt. 😊 Wir kommen auch ein drittes Mal wieder hierher. Alles bestens!
