Monthly Rentals in East Marion

This was a charming cottage that offered a nice break from the city. The fully fenced backyard was fantastic for our dog and our daughter and her buddies and the house itself was quaint with terrific art. Also, the beds and bedding were deluxe and super comfortable. If you want a chill and charming get-away this is your place!

Beautiful house, even nicer than the photos. Great location to tour local wineries and close to the greenport’s Main Street! The house is stocked with plenty of cooking utensils and has whatever you might need. Would definitely consider coming back in the summer to enjoy the backyard when the pool is open!

I have a lovely time at this charming home. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. The home is warm and inviting and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. The backyard has a beautiful view of a lake. I spent quite a bit of time on the rear deck reading and getting distracted by that view. Locally there is Greenport Village, Orient Point State Park and Inlet County Park to name a few of my favorite outings. Thank you to my host for being so responsive when I called with a minor issue one late evening. I hope to return for another stay one day in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Eric's home. The home exceeded our expectations and we felt right at home. The decor was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need was in the stunning, modern kitchen. The beds were all comfortable and we slept very well. The property was very peaceful. We enjoyed seeing deer, turkeys and hawks each day. The fixtures in the home were modern, clean and high-end. It was great being so close to Greenport with it's wonderful restaurants and shops. We can't wait to return.
