House holiday rentals in East Nusa Tenggara

I have stayed in a lot of great rentals worldwide but this is far out the BEST one so far. The location is outstanding, the house is beyond beautiful, the hosts so helpful and the food that the staff cooked us divine. Little gem on a little island paradise!

This is a great place to stay! The house is way better than the photos show and it's really well looked after. The views of the ocean and sunsets from the house and garden are amazing. Loved the proper king-sized bed with quality sheets (I used the AC, and slept really well). I also loved the huge TV and the comfortable sofa. Didn't cook myself, but it looks as though the kitchen is as well-equipped as any proper home. I got takeaway from Blu Oceano which is 2 minutes away (authentic Italian pizzas!). Paddled out to the break in front and had some really fun sessions on my foil. I couldn't stay longer this time, but I will definitely be back to Wavehaven again. And the staff are really sweet!

We had a fabulous stay at Villa Langit Teduh. The location is amazing, incredible beach and sunsets view, and the house had everything we needed. It is close to lots of restaurants and shops, but quiet and secluded. Donna was really responsive, gave us lots of local tips and Daniel the local manager was friendly and very helpful! Can’t wait to go back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rote White House. The host Sally was very helpful from the very beginning until the end, arranging pick up from the ferry, and car and motorbike hire, and providing local information, etc. Rote White House is a beautiful place, situated in a very peaceful location. We watched the sunset and dazens of stars every night from the house and just outside of the house. It was such a comfortable stay having all the modern convenience plus very helpful and lovely host Sally and entertaining and adorable young hosts Lexi and Tally. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and restful.

The villa is cozy, better than in the photos, with a direct view of the sea. There is also a deck that has an even clearer and beautiful view of the coastline. The private beach is pristine but reaching it requires a bit of a trek downhill that may be challenging for older or less active people. The surrounding area is peaceful and makes for a pleasant walk. There is one restaurant within walking distance but Grab bike is necessary to reach town. During my stay, even though we did not get to meet Yohanes, there were staff staying on the grounds whom we could speak to if we had any questions. They were very polite, friendly and incredibly helpful. Having a good breakfast served at the villa was also very convenient. We also paid additional for dinner prepared by the staff which was delicious. If you're a light sleeper do note that one of the rooms has a zinc roof which makes it quite noisy. However, overall my family and I had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the villa.

Gebacken wird sehr früh am Morgen. Was die Unterkunft besoners empfehlenswert macht, ist die Möglichkeit, alle Annehmlichkeiten des SeedResorts mitzugeniessen! Seed hat einen unglaublich schönen Garten mit Pool, ein super Restaurant und super herzliches und kompetentes Personal! Wir wurden behandelt, als ob wir Resort-Gäste wären. Wir konnten Mofas und Inselausflüge buchen, Fahrräder ausleihen und fantastische Sonnenuntergänge an der Hausbar geniessen!

We had a great stay at the White House. Sally is an excellent host, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The house layout is well-suited for a large group or family. We hope to return with our extended family and take both sides of the house while sharing the living space. The sunsets are a dream, and the view from the sofa is incredible.

What can I say, but simply beautiful place, location, and warm friendly family & friends. Perfect location for our Komodo tour, and further boat trip to an uninhabited island for a picnic, and an onward trip to a coral sanctuary. Yohannes & his family time were amazing throughout, responding quickly, helping g us to find our way around. Yohannes arranged a massage for us both, by visually impaired people, which proved to be excellent. Thank you to all.

Responsive host, friendly and helpful staff. House in excellent condition. Not very far from the city centre, and therefore combination of accessible and quiet. However, not within walking distance so ensure you either have Grab installed or get the number of one of the taxi drivers lingering along the Main Street.
