Monthly Rentals in East Prawle

We had a wonderful week's stay at Higher Borough ... a beautiful, secluded location that is close to some absolute gems on the South Devon coast... gorgeous beaches & coves, places to eat & drink, stunning walks and surrounded by nature. The house itself was even nicer than the photos.. simple & classily decorated, all the amenities you could ask for and tim was very responsive & happy to help with any of our questions. Our children had the time of their lives and it was a relaxing & enjoyable break.. exactly what we hoped for and more. We'll be recommending this place to friends for sure.

Had a lovely stay. Very clean and had everything you needed. Very quiet secluded location. Near to the beach with a 15-20 minute walk. Only downside you do have to drive a while to be near things to do so unfortunately a little too remote for us and my 8 year old son. If you want quiet chilled location then it’s great!

I have nothing negative to say about this place. It was absolutely fantastic, it felt like home from home, well equipped, comfortable beds, clean linen, fully equipped kitchen. I can’t wait to return. Vanessa was extremely helpful and replied to any messages almost straight away. Hoping to return for New Year again this year. Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to create amazing memories with our children and dog.

We had a great stay. The house and garden are lovely. The location on the edge of the village is ideal. Beautiful!
