The Cottage has a large fenced yard, & deck. The inside is an open layout, light and airy. It is very clean and designed with care. The living rm area has a sleeping sofa with a staircase to the loft that has a platform bed and a tiny twin cot. The kitchen is fully equipped & there is a full bath & W/D. 1 mile to Main St/1.5 mi. to Beaches.

Welcome to our blue apartment a Peaceful, comfy one bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people. Private bedroom has a Queen size bed with comfy mattress and two small closets to keep your belongs. Living room has two twin comfy beds, tv and desk. Kitchenette is equipped with necessities for a quick meal and coffee maker. You can also enjoy the shared backyard with the fire pit. Keep in mind if you stay past our check out time you will be charge an extra night.

The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Entire House! Large fenced in yard, great for pets. Two bedrooms, one song ride away from Ponquogue Beach. Have the beach to yourself for walks and exercise! Perfect place to get away and Unwind. The house is located on a quiet residential street close to the hamlet of Hampton Bays. Enjoy the patio and fire pit (use non-windy days) on 1/4 acre property. Still plenty to do here, we are 20 minutes from Wine Country and Tanger Outlets.

A private country compound in heart of Sag Harbor. House just gut renovated with all top of line (all Wolf and Subzero appliances). The main house is 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath main house PLUS separate large guest cottage (with a King bed, bar fridge, and full bathroom). Gunite pool (i.e., salt chlorinated which makes it feels like clean freshwater). Walk to town, bay beach, public tennis courts, 1000 acre nature preserve.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
