Kid-friendly holiday rentals in East Riding of Yorkshire

Spotlessly clean. Very responsive and friendly host. Hedon is a lovely little market town with all the shops, coffee shops and takeaways you would expect. On street parking. If no space, there is a wide track almost opposite the location which is also used for parking. I used this venue to visit family locally. 15 minutes into hull city centre. 30 minutes to the coast at withernsea. Will definitely be returning.

Very nice, clean and cosy place.. inside the cottage very clean and you will find all you need.. Lack of walkways around was the only concern and a bit to close to the main road. Other then that all perfect

This is a beautifully renovated cottage in a charming village away from the hustle and bustle of Bridlington. A very short walk to the cliff top walkway which has great views along the coast. The cottage was spotless and the lovely big bath was a highlight. Much appreciated the milk, buscuits and condiments provided for cooking too. There is a garage which I did manage to squeeze my car into but otherwise there is parking nearby. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Absolutely gorgeous place in a great small town. Easy to find, everything you could need supplied, and more! Thoughtful treats left for us and the dog. Very dog friendly. We had a very comfortable stay and if around that way, would definitely stay again.

Great house, good kitchen equipment, really comfy beds, secure rear garden. Very peaceful. Very close to the beach and sea front walks. Close to Mr Moos access to the beach and great food

We came to stay for the weekend. The host was really responsive with messages and the house was great

perfect little visit i have been, to Bridlington before, so I know the place, room was well presented very clean I will definitely be stating here again in the future perfeft for family get aways

We had a wonderful stay. Rach was an amazing host. The place was spotless and comfortable and we felt more at home than in the previous rentals. Lovely accommodations, great location, responsive host and nice touch with the cookies. Very close to Tescos and central; Close to train station. Have recommended this spot to our local friends for any out-of-town visitors.

A fantastic location with parking but perfect if you are foot. Easy access from the station and into the city. The accommodation was as specified, nicely furnished and fully kitted out if you want to cook, iron etc. Overlooking the city walls but a quiet location nevertheless. We has a very happy stay.

We have just spent a lovely few days at Seas The Day. Beverley is very helpful and replies to messages very promptly. The apartment was immaculate and contained everything you might need for your stay. The view is perfect and the situation is very convenient for town, buses and parking outside was a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending it ....so long as it is still available when we book it again.

Very comfortable clean apartment with everything you could need. The gratis bottle of wine and tea cakes were a nice touch. Easy allocated parking nearby. Great location for touring and visiting the area. Village has several places to eat/take aways and local shops. Be warned about the stairs as they are a little irregular and the pub opposite had loud music all weekend, this may just have been because it was a bank holiday and was mostly cancelled out by closing the windows.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, lots of space for the kids. The house is in a great location almost in the center of the town, close to the beach. The house was extremely well taken care of. The beds were comfortable too. We will definitely be back to stay.

Perfect location and size for me and my son. Would do a small family - sofa bed worked well. Kitchen is compact with everything you need. On a second floor with quite a few stairs- not an issue for us but if you don’t do stairs that would be the only issue. Felt private and safe. Didn’t need to meet Dean but every interaction was great. Thanks!

A fantastic couple of days in Jon’s place which he is rightly proud of! Jon met us as we arrived and walked us through basic information and there was loads of extra info in the property. I loved the personal message and would thoroughly recommend his place to others. Thanks again Jon!

Had a problem with the key when arrived, and it was sorted with in 15 mins. couldn't fault the price and excellent communication from host. I would recommend this property, and would myself stay again.

Lovely, clean, and spacious apartment! The apartment was spotless and had plenty of room to relax. The secure walled garden was perfect for my pooch — such peace of mind! We were greeted on arrival by great hosts who made us feel very welcome. I had a great night’s sleep, and the location was ideal for visiting my family for birthday celebrations, just 20 minutes up the road. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again! We loved our stay … the apartment was comfortable, light & airy with a pretty view out to the garden and the walls of York. Very easy walking distance to everything you would want to see & do in York. Great local restaurants. Could not recommend this apartment enough!!

Great location, place was full of character and a real pleasure to stay. Rosana is an excellent host.

This place is a perfect location for the racecourse and is very close to Bishopthorpe Rd. Parking is on the street (narrow roads) but seemed like there were always spaces. Keyless/coded entry to get in, which makes life easier. In the place, which is up a set of stairs, it is well appointed and has everything you could need for a longer stay, or a single night like our visit. Would very much like to stay again, and would book for future stays in York

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane’s , extremely clean, couldn’t have asked for more, great find, walking distance to shops bars & caffe’s . We will definitely return.
