The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The cottage also benefits from a Wellis hot tub, which is shared with our other 1 bedroom cottage.

A beautiful and new double room with en-suite and private entrance and private living area. Plenty of parking and a great base for exploring North Norfolk. Comes with personal kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave for breakfast or just a cuppa! We provide milk and cereals for breakfast. 10 minute drive to Wroxham broads (AONB) and with plenty of walks on the doorstep. Space suitable for 2 people. No pets allowed.
