Loretta’s Airbnb was ideal for us; we wish we had stayed longer than 3 nights. Everything within the unit is new and works perfectly. The outdoor view is spectacular! You’ll only hear the sounds of birds and the wind through the trees. We appreciated Loretta’s information binder describing the many nearby hiking trails. We had a wonderful stay at Donovan's cabin. It was perfect for our family get-together (8 adults and 2 small children). The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, we loved the close proximity to hiking and other nature nearby (ie. East Sooke Regional Park). Donovan was super communicative and responsive to any questions. Thank you!

Staying at Eyas Cabin was a great way to relax and connect with nature, while still having all the essentials for a comfortable stay. A comfy bed, a beautiful fireplace and a forest feeling to enjoy. The cabin was easy to find and still close to all the nice spots in northern VC Islands. But the best part is super friendly and relaxed Warren and his family. A five-star stay without any doubt.

Estelle was very responsive when we had a small problem with a smoke alarm. The only other comment I might note is in heavy rains, due to it being a basement suite, you can hear the water in the back yard coming down the eaves. You can also hear quite clearly all of the plumbing from upstairs, but the suite is beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need for any length of stay. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from Downtown Victoria while staying on the West Coast.

Absolutely lovely space! The cabin is beautiful and perfect for 2 people (or 1 if you're into that). Can't recommend this place enough - I surely would go back again someday. There is a terrace above the sauna and jacuzzi that I used for yoga in the mornings which was serene. The sauna smells lovely - very natural and relaxing. The amenities are new, nice, and everything is easy to find. Steve the host is friendly, responsive and helpful. Things we enjoyed in the area: Sooke Potholes - go here in the summer for hiking and swimming Shirley Delicious Cafe - one of the best restaurants in Canada Sooke Brewing Co - yummy beers and a couple food trucks Ella Beach - walkable Whiffin Spit - nearby and gorgeous view of the Salish Sea Victoria BC - 45 min drive away and we rode our bikes around town <3
