Welcome to the Piccolo Cottage. Nicely remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage close to the bike path, The Whit and 5th Street Public Market . This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. Only 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Great place to have a good night sleep before leaving on your flight. With summer coming we have an air conditioning unit. Cooling!
