Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Will & Geena do an amazing job. Their house was immaculate & very thoughtfully designed. They are a busy couple that still goes the extra mile to make their tiny house extremely welcoming. The garden & yard area is so nicely designed & maintained. I was very impressed with the craftsmanship that went into all of Will & Geena’s finish carpentry. Would return to their house for sure.

I had a great stay at Kathryn's place with my dog! I highly recommend if you are looking for places in Eugene and I would certainly stay here again. The space was just as the listing described... honestly even better than I anticipated! It was very clean and cute. There was everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay, including fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials, and washing/drying machine. My dog and I LOVED the fully fenced-in backyard area with the lounging chairs to soak up some Oregon sunshine! It felt secure, safe, quiet, and private. I enjoyed the location and found some great food and walking spots within walking distance! Kathryn provided thorough instructions for an easy check-in and check-out process.
