Situated within beautiful farmland in a peaceful hamlet a couple of miles from the A30, this is an ideal base to enjoy a break in Cornwall with easy access to popular destinations, stunning beaches and famous landmarks.

The Winky Wonky Watershed, a peaceful 1 bed cabin

Get away from it all here, sit & watch the stars by the fire pit or lie in bed under the cosy duvet with double doors open & let the sea of green soak up all your stress’s. The cabin is cosy & has all you need for a comfortable get away. There is no wifi or power but battery packs are provided & can be charged at the house during the day. A camping gas hob is provided along with a bbq & fire pit. There is no heating but it is well insulated & there are blankets and hot water bottles provided.

1 Cliff Cottage, Portloe is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage with a large terrace and spectacular views of the harbour and out to sea. The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

The Hay Loft, Wilton Farm

The Hay Loft is located in the beautiful Cornish countryside at Wilton Farm. It is a self contained modern barn conversion with a spacious private garden and patio area. It is the ideal base for exploring the whole of Cornwall and the gateway to many beautiful sandy beaches. Places of Interest: Looe, Polperro, Fowey, Bodmin Moor, Padstow, Lostwithiel and The Eden Project. Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

An outside courtyard area provides a secluded area to relax. Dobwalls, close to the A38, is a perfect location for exploring the local area. Bodmin Moor is a 10 minute drive, the nearest coastal town of Looe is 20 minutes away and the award-winning Eden Project is 30 minutes away.

It is surrounded by almost an acre of garden with private access to the River Loveny, where guests can try their hand at fishing. You are often greeted by the local peacock Percy who has made this garden his home.
