Holiday rentals with a patio in East Village, Manhattan

Very nice apartment and extremely clean! Overall, very comfy and well-equipped. The downside (but that´s on us and not Melissa!) was the location. Despite the fact that it´s possible to take the bus to the city center, we experienced this being a bit of a burden. The bus terminal in the center is not very easy to orientate yourself in when being there the first time, also staff has been rather unfriendly and not very willing to help. The bus transport costs 8$ per trip for 2 people. So we paid 16$ every day to commute back and forward between the apartment and the center. As said, we should have informed ourselves better prior to the stay, but we would not book this one again due to the commuting time. Especially during busy times (morning), the trip takes up to 1 hour one way and busses were extremely crowded from time to time with no seat available. We are young and did not mind too much but I would not recommend this for anyone struggling with that. But again, this is on us! :)

I took 5 teenagers and this place was perfect. Little market directly across the street, pizza place the kids walked to each night just a couple doors down, and my favorite, Pabade Bakery! 4.00 ham and cheese croissants for the teens each morning. The Air BnB was perfect, clean, well kept. You could feel love and care was put into the place. The beds were more comfortable than our beds at home. Bus stop at the end of our street. Host was very helpful and responsive. I will say however if you have 2 vehicles you may have trouble finding parking for your second vehicle. They do a 'clean sweep' on each side of the road on Mondays between 1 and 3 and Thursdays 1 to 3. we weren't there to move it for 2 hours and got a ticket. But this is not the hosts fault. Just something to be aware of. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you Sebastian for an awesome trip.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Hoboken! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the train station, which made getting into Manhattan super easy (about 15 minutes and you're right in the city). It's a great option if you want to avoid the high prices of staying in Manhattan but still be really close. The neighborhood itself is safe, relaxed, and full of great restaurants and things to do. Plus, the view of Manhattan from across the river is a nice bonus! The apartment was just as described—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay (pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc.). Communication with the host was smooth throughout. They were friendly and very responsive whenever we had questions. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting NYC and looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay just outside Manhattan.

This was the perfect place to stay for my trip. Awesome vibe at night in the hot tub with all the lights on, and very cozy and clean inside as well. Super detailed instructions on how to get there, get inside etc. Very responsive host 👍I had a great time. Lots of good places to eat in this area, too. 10/10 would definitely come back in the future.

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

The Air BnB was very nice. On the corner of the street there is a bus that will take you directly to NYC, which we took full advantage of. The Air BnB is located in a quiet neighborhood and there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

This place was great! Balcony with great views of the city skyline. Super convenient with the bus stop right there to get into the city without issues. Michelle had great communication throughout and made check-in and out easy.

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Samantha and her husbands co host were great they had great quick communication took time to help with directions and addresses to places we wanted to see told us best way around and gave us tips on apps to download to help get around also. Samantha took time to introduce herself to us and inform us if we needed anything just let her know and they let us gone and go as we needed without feeling like we was anywhere but our own home it felt like home we truly enjoyed this stay and their beautiful home and highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit New York beautiful place beautiful views and very quiet always across from police station so we felt very very safe great place

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

This place was great for our guys trip. It was spotless, inviting, and spacious. Her Airbnb was a relief to come to after a long red eye flight. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

I came up to Jersey City with a few friends for a weekend event and needed a quiet, comfortable place to stay. Mary Jean's house was absolutely perfect. It was beautiful, pristine and so comfortable. The house is decorated with high-end finishes that still retain their historical charm. It comes with a gated parking space (no having to search for parking on narrow, busy streets) and was quiet and comfortable. Mary Jean was also so personable and readily available for advice on restaurants and things to do. I will definitely plan on staying here again for future events in Jersey City!!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Had a fantastic stay at Michael's place. Michael was great with check-in and out, flexible with times and even helped us with our luggage. He provided a really handy sheet of local recs which we made great use of. Michael's place is a beautiful period house in Brooklyn with walkable access to the Q train to Manhattan or Coney Island and a short walk from Prospect Park. The apartment is on one private floor with its own balcony space. The apartment is beautifully decorated and includes more amenities than you could need. There is one very spacious double bedroom with an en-suite toilet, and a sofa bed in the back half of the lounge which converts to a second bedroom. Huge kitchen with excellent cooking facilities and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower and period features.

Wow what an absolute gem of an apartment . Very clean and has everything you would ever need , high spec appliances and furnishings . Location for us was just right about a 25 min walk to the path rail and you were in the heart of NYC. Great supermarket nearby . Anthony was super responsive to any questions we had .The rooftop is an amazing place to escape the hustle of the city and we watched some amazing sunsets from there. There is absolutely nothing less than perfection here , if you are lucky enough to find availability book it .. I can assure you will be as amazed as we were . Excellent location! Very easy to walk to the Path to get to New York quickly. Very clean and had all the amenities to make the stay perfect.

We stayed here for a month and have family in the area. The location is great, easy access to groceries, Mamilton Park, the shopping district and delightful historic blocks of townhomes and brownstones. And, there a great wine shop across the the park where Pavonia Ave has been turned into an outdoor dining plaza. I personally like the upstairs downstairs living which makes the apartment easy for two. The kitchen is very nicely designed and stocked with all the accessories and great refrigerator and stove. The owners are right here and easy to communicate with. Access was a cinch. This is a great spot to hang out.

Place was very nice and clean! Looked exactly like the pictures. Getting into the was very easy instructions were very clear! Parking was a little difficult but David did explain that prior to my visit other then that everything was great! I will be booking again when I’m coming back to the area

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Great place in a great neighborhood. Easy access to subway. Host lovely to communicate with and fabulous getting to check-out with a to-do list.
