Monthly Rentals in East Wallingford

Before I booked, Dean was very helpful to me as I figured out whether this stay fit my family’s needs. We particularly appreciated the first floor bedroom and the off-street parking behind the house. This home made it easy for us to visit family in the area. Thank you!

This is a little piece of paradise in the backyard ! The attention to detail in creating the backyard garden takes years of hard work and lots of love. This is also reflected inside the house with tiffany lamps and decorated beautifully. We loved our stay and hope to get back again.

Really lovely, renovated studio walking distance to Main Street. Agree with others that the elevator and extra towels were nice touches. Didn't use kitchen much but had everything you could need, even a little spice organizer if you're in the mood to cook. Bed was extremely comfortable and the side table lamps were both cute and practical with power/USB outlets. Only potential issue is the location--it's right by train tracks and the Wallingford station so you can hear the train, its horn, and crossing bells all throughout the day and a bit at night. I was surprised no one mentioned this before. It wasn't the end of the world, but light sleepers might have an issue. I did notice, however, that ear plugs were provided in a very thoughtful toiletries basket.

The studio was spotlessly clean, and bigger than it looked in the photos. Lots of snacks, a well-stocked kitchen, and a helpful binder with tons of local recommendations. We would definitely stay there again when we're in the area.
