Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Back again for our second visit we just loved it that much! Perfect location for the beach, only a 5 minute walk. The house is bright and airy, clean and homely. Fantastic stay yet again - we’ll be back again next year no doubt! Thanks

This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

Amazing stay in East Wittering, we loved being so close to the beach and the house is amazing and perfect for our family of 4 generations! The garden and outside area was perfect for us and so big for children and dog to play in. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, would definitely recommend!

Wendy was away for our stay but Glen and their son Luke were very helpful and attentive. The flat although small was immaculate, spotlessly clean and well equipped - perfect for our short stay visiting family nearby.

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

The location is perfect (10 min walk to the pier and 5 mins drive from Harbour), the place is very clean and nice, with very good facilities (3TVs, one in each room)

Great apartment in a brilliant location right by the beach. Comfortable beds and lounge area. Plenty of space and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Perfect for a glass of rose as the sun sets.

The flat was really nice and clean, was located amongst different shops and next to cosham station. The noise level was good for being on a high street, and the communication from the host was excellent

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable with everything you could need for a relaxing stay and the views are spectacular - we spent hours just watching the sea, we were mesmerised! A spotless very cute place. Thoughtful decor and very well appointed. Only improvement would be the supply of a little mop as it rained and it was difficult to keep the lovely stairs clean. It was impossible to abound a little water in the entrance. Other than that tiny little thing we loved it. I will book again when I plan my next trip. I found it perfect for my fishing trip as it is central to whole of the massive harbour system. Emsworth is lovely with lots of pubs restaurants and shops. Fiona was excellent.
