Historic Powhatan Resort is a great place to stay. Clean, beautiful grounds. Pool was lovely, plenty of space, kids side and adults side. Nice Staff. Perfectly located for exploring the area. Close to groceries, good resaurants. Very quiet when we were there, but it probably depends on who is placed next to you. The unit itself was HUGE for 4 of us. We all had our own space if we wanted it. Clean upon check in, some where and tear. Beds very comfy. Kitchen was appointed with just enough tools to function, if you like to cook bring your extra tools and supplies. Ants and millipedes came into the unit at the end the trip, but I assumed it was due to the rains. Locals appreared unphazed, so I guess its a Virginia thing. Tania was responsive on the few questions we had. Totally recommend!!

We had a lovely stay! When we arrived, we were a little unclear as to which building we needed to go to. When we did find the correct building, our reservation wasn’t found. The guy at the front desk was super apologetic and kind, though! He did eventually find our reservation and helped out with our cold items while we waited for our room. He also was able to offer us a room of our preference! In the morning, another staff member helped us with our breakfast (and crazy 1 year old who is always on the move)! Overall, the staff was incredibly and we loved our stay!

Will definitely come back we had a great family time. The house is neat and conducive for family set up. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for value for money.

We stayed in the Patriot Suite and the King Size Bed was AWESOME!!! Amy & Paul were great Host and made you feel like family. We even went to church with them and were highly blessed! Thank you Amy & Paul for everything!!! We highly recommend staying there! Nancy & Randell

Beautiful grounds. Place was perfect for our 2 families to stay comfortably for 3 nights with plenty of room. Amenities were great.

Close to most things you'd want to do in a visit to wmsbg. Very clean and we loved using the indoor heated pool at the aquaticcenter and would love to stay again in warmer weather to enjoy other family friendly amenities

This was a nice place! Everything was as described in the description! Had an issue with the bathroom sink but the maintenance crew onsite was able to fix it with no problem! Overall excellent rental and we look forward to renting from this host again.

We had a terrific stay. The location was great, just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We’re already talking about staying here again in the future.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four. The place was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was equipped for cooking with pots, pans, and utensils. It also is close to the onsite pool and firepit. It is in a peaceful area away from the main road, and only about a 5 minute drive to Colonial Williamsburg, which was very convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area!

The location was excellent—conveniently close to restaurants and local attractions. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While we didn’t use the pool, the overall environment was pleasant and relaxing. There was a small timeshare pitch upon check-in, but it was brief and not overly aggressive. Overall, a great stay and would recommend for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

This resort was simply outstanding. We booked very last minute and received instant communication. The rates were great and the amenities was fantastic and the activities available were second to none! A very wonderful experience for my family.

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. Short drive to restaurants. ~15 min to Busch Gardens. Nice property with things for the kids to do.

My first experience with Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, situated right next to the boardwalk and beach. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with kids. The host was outstanding and very responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the room and living area were spotless. I’m already looking forward to returning next year!

The place is very nice. Beach is right there walking distance. You can see it from your balcony There are a lot to do and I would definitely go back.

Scott was a great host! He gave us very thorough instructions to check in since this place is also a timeshare. The unit was beyond expectations as for cleanliness! The staff was easy to get a hold of if any thing was needed. Overall fantastic stay! The pool is great too!!!

Maria was indeed a great host. The loft was perfect for what I needed, and the location was 8-12 minutes to every destinationI selected. I love that I had my own parking space and a lock on my loft door from the inside.

Rochambeau was a little motel that has been completely renovated . The rooms are very nice, it is less than a mile to CW, it was quiet and tucked back into the woods. The staff is very friendly and gave us some great suggestions for things to see and places to eat. This is definitely a place we will stay again when we visit Williamsburg! Great value for what you get.
