Guesthouse holiday rentals in Eastern Sierra

We had a wonderful time at Deborah's cottage! Beautiful view right on the lake. Lot's of fun things to do within a 45 minute drive. Deborah even gave us champagne and gifts when we mentioned that we had gotten engaged during our stay! Highly recommend staying with Deborah, she is a fantastic host!

Perfect location for fishing Lake Crowley and hiking/fishing the surrounding area. Clean and very nicely decorated.

The location is in a quiet rural neighborhood near a creek. The grounds are woodsy with lots of lovely plants and a hummingbird feeder outside the kitchen window. Upon arrival we found fresh baked cookies and fresh cut little flower bouquets. Walking down by the creek scratched our itch for our love of the mountain creeks near our favorite camping area. Inside is a cozy mix of Victorian cottage and modern amenities. It’s close to town for shopping and dining options. Yosemite National Park is an easy 1-1/2 hours away. Kadi is a great host!

Shell’s place was cozy and comfortable. We were visiting Yosemite National Park and this was a very convinient location (1hr) from both the west and south entrances. The loft was clean and just as described. We loved the dogs being around too! Shell was an amazing host and also greeted us personally when we checked-in. Highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting deciding to stay outside of the park.

The cottage was beautiful, peaceful and very well stocked. Stephanie met us upon arrival and gave helpful recommendations. The access to the dock and the washer/dryer were an added bonus especially with kids. The back deck was great for a few peaceful moments to enjoy coffee before the kids woke up.

What a treat to stay here. If you’re an animal lover this is your paradise! We got to feed and pet the horses and the hosts’ two dogs greeted us and were so cute and friendly and loved the pets we were eager to give. Gorgeous property. Amazing hosts. Comfortable and relaxing place to stay very close to local town restaurants and brewery. A great place to stay while visiting the beautiful Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park.

The place is definitely peaceful with an amazing view of nature. It felt that we actually stayed in the wild with lots of wildlife in the surroundings . It felt like camping with all the commodities of a well equipped home. The house has everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was a great resting place after long hiking hours in the national park.

We had such a wonderful stay. Martin is a lovely host - our kids loved the tour he gave them and helping to feed his new kittens! He was on hand for local tips and advice which was really useful. The cottage is great. We loved the decor! The internet is super fast so we were able to enjoy a movie on the streaming service. Everything you need is provided. Really well stocked kitchen. The local town is lovely and Yosemite Valley is just over an hour away - it's a very scenic drive. We loved our stay! Thanks for being a great host.

We stayed for a weekend. And we enjoyed staying at Oakhurst it was a drive to the main attractions but it was worth the drive just give yourself a lot of time to drive ahead of time. Overall it was cozy and very at home feel. Peaceful and no interruptions whatsoever. We enjoyed staying at this lovely guesthouse. The host was able to accommodate our requests and very responsive. I would totally recommend you to stay it is definitely a good fit for 1 to 4 people/ group. Didn’t feel like a tight space very spacious and I loved that we had a really nice place. It was difficult to find if your using google maps it can be confusing but we figured it out by looking at the actual map and their entry points! Overall no major complications or problems. Definitely recommend this place!

Peaceful country retreat. We loved our stay and the kids enjoyed seeing all the animals. Great location close to National park entrance and conveniences of town not far away.

Mary’s place was absolutely wonderful! She was a kind and helpful host that provided local recommendations. The property was clean and well maintained and provided a comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed the tranquility and peaceful outdoor spaces and our dogs loved sitting by the creek!

I really enjoyed my stay at John and Tara’s place. The house was very clean and well taken care of. I also found the bed to be super comfortable. With them building the place themselves, you could really tell how much hard work and intricate detail went into it. I would not hesitate to stay again.

My large group and I thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at "The Other side". Beautiful views, great amenities, fun games for family and kids, eco-conscience, and clear and quick communication with the host. One of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at - I highly recommend this place for large groups visiting Yosemite.

Phoenix house was just as Keri described it. Super clean, welcoming, and peaceful. It's an easy walk into Bishop with lots of delicious food options and fun shops to check out. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect for us to visit the park for two days! The cottage was clean and comfortable and we loved going down to the river. Rachel was very responsive and immediately solved a couple of minor issues for us. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed staying at Polina's place! It was squeaky clean and had everything I needed (AC, kitchen essentials, a comfortable bed, etc). I would stay here again! 🙂

Ryan and Mandy were fantastic hosts and super responsive from the start when I reached out with questions about their pet policy. They even had a large dog crate available, which made packing so much easier. My husband, our two dogs, and I found this to be the perfect home base after a long day of hiking in Yosemite. The space had everything we needed—from a comfy bed to essentials like dishes, utensils, and even a blow dryer. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again

Stayed at the Love’s Nest property for our Yosemite destination wedding. Would absolutely stay there again. Host & team were excellent on all fronts. Mattress was excellent. Towels were good quality. The Love Nest in the loft brought back “let’s build a fort” childhood nostalgic vibe….. loved it. Only a couple minor issues. Lighting in the bathroom is adequate for a dude, not bright enough for a bride to get ready for her wedding. Property is close to park, but still can be 45-90 min drive to entrances. Can be tricky to find driveway initially. Recommend dropping a pin and labeling it for yourself. Don’t let these little things deter you though. This place is awesome.
