Villa holiday rentals in Eastern Thailand

Arrived on a very early flight and James was able to enable me early access to the Villa which was much appreciated. As my previous visits everything was spotless and as described, James is a great responsive host who is available if needed but leaves you to enjoy your stay if his help is not needed.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The location is great for exploring everything on the island. The beach is fantastic and invites you to relax. We particularly liked the breakfast. Lek from the reception was always there for us and helped us with everything. We had a great stay all around!

As soon as you pass the entry door you will feel at home. The house is great, clean, very bright and situated in a dead end street so you are sure you will no noise. The pool is perfect, the kitchen has more than you need: oven, air fryer, mixer, coffee drip machine and all you need to cook. The rooms are big and there is a lot of space to hangout and enjoy the house facilities. The pool is hidden, so that's great for intimacy and you have 7/11 stores open 24 hours just 3 min walking distance. This house made us feel at home and Poom and her husband made us feel comfortable since the beginning. They were also very flexible on arrival and departure times, that was perfect for us. I highly recommend the house, you are a little outside Pattaya's center but close the Mab Prachan area which has plenty of International highly recommended Restaurant's. You will definitely have a perfect and unforgettable stay at this house.

The housekeeper and a fat servant are very welcoming, the service is very good, this trip was very pleasant, we had a very pleasant stay hopefully we will have another chance to come to Pattaya next time, we will choose to stay here again, we have a little more time to leave, the housekeeper arranged a very enthusiastic driver for us, very enthusiastic, hope to see the driver again next time.

Very friendly host + huge villa size + quick feedback and easy check-in

this was a wonderful stay. the bedrooms were spacious. the private pool was wonderful. we were right on a walkable and swimable Beach. there were 2 restaurants just a few feet away from the house. the AC worked great. there was a HUGE pool and great massages a few steps away from the house. we rented motorbikes that were delivered to our door. the island offered lots of restaurants and things to do, but we couldn't make ourselves leave the beach.

Philippe and the team is the greatest host you can ever imagine. He made everything wish come true. Picked us from airport, organised food for the fridge, organised trips, massages etc. The house is a great house with all amenities as per the description. We had a great time in the house. Thank you again for hosting us!!!!

one of the best air B&B places i / we had stayed in, the host was super responsive, always available when needed some small help, overall, i think the place was fantastic, everything was provided. the location was central to everything. This villa at the Tolani Resort is a tremendous option if you’re traveling to Koh Kood and just want a few days to relax and get away. It’s a beautiful resort surrounded by incredible island views. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The room and its view are something I’ll never forget. Even with the outdoor shower, the staff had the villa in pristine condition each day. I would highly recommend this stay. Just know before you go that there isn’t much that’s walkable from the resort. The food and drinks are a bit overpriced at the resort itself so your options are limited, but if you rent a motorbike from the resort, there’s enough places close by. All in all it was a 10/10 stay and just the relaxing finish to our trip that we were hoping for after 2 weeks exploring Thailand.
