Holiday rentals with beach access in Eastern Visayas

Camotes Nook is a delightful private 1 bed studio with a bathroom situated on the grounds of Camotes Villa, which is a grand house overlooking Santiago Bay. It had access to the grounds of Camotes Villa, an infinity swimming pool and direct private access from the clifftop down to the beach. The beach offered safe swimming, no noise or visible pollution and some nice coral to snorkel. Mercy and her husband (the caretakers) were ever so helpful, and couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We hired a scooter which was brand new from Mercy. The owner is lucky to have such kind and attentive caretakers looking after his property, it really is immaculate along with the grounds. There were a couple of good local places to eat (Backpackers Hostel and Santiago Bay Hotel). A 15 min drive to Consuelo there was a wonderful eatery called 1 Stop Shop which we also thoroughly recommend. We look forward to visiting again in the near future, Best Regards, Toby and Diana

ロケーションが良い。周辺にはリゾート向けのレストランや施設だけでなく、ローカルが集まるお店もあり楽しめる。バスセンターがありセブ本島へも便利。部屋は清潔でプールは快適。有料だが宿泊者ならプライベートビーチが利用できる点も良い。入室時タオル類が無かったのとセーフティボックスが動作しなかったが、連絡したらすぐに対応してくれました。

語学学校に通うため、パートナーと2人で3週間滞在しました。治安の良い場所かつ、スーパーマーケット、薬局、スターバックス、ファーストフード店、フードコートが至近という立地がとてもよく、安心しながら利便性の高い滞在ができました。 施設内のプールも温水で海も見え、とてもリラックスできて良かったです！ ホストの連絡や対応も迅速かつ誠実で感謝しています。 一点だけ、夜中に外のイベント？クラブ？のEDMサウンドが聞こえやすく眠りが浅い方は耳栓の持参をオススメします。

가성비 아주아주 훌륭합니다. 바퀴, 개미 한 마리도 없었어요. 오래 된 흔적은 있지만 정리정돈, 청소 상태 아주 좋았고 세탁기+건조기 일체형 매일매일 잘 사용했어요. 이틀까지 온수 아주 잘 나오다 갑자기 안나오긴 했는데 그냥 씻었어요 ㅎㅎ 응답 바로바로 해 주시고 제가 문의 이틀 이상 없으니 먼저 불편 사항 있으면 말해달라고 먼저 채팅 주셨어요. 주방 싱크대도 깨끗합니다. 수건 넉넉했어요. 주변 생활 시설 도보 거리 있어서 편하고 복잡하지 않아요. 초등 5학년 아들과 엄마 공간도 아주 충분했고 에어컨 거실, 침실 각각 있고 조절도 잘 됐고 곰팡이 냄새도 없었어요. 벽걸이 에어컨이라 소음 없습니다. 청소기, 밀대 있어서 함씩 간단하게만 하고 6박 잘 생활 했습니다. 넷플릭스 로그인 돼 있고 유튜브도 볼 수 있어요. 엘리베이터 옆에 쓰레기 두는 공간 있어서 매일 처리할 수 있습니다. 그리고 가장 중요한 침대 매트리스가 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 딱딱한 매트 선호하는데 저희한텐 아주 편하고 딱이었어요. 베개도 편했고 이불도 얇지 않아서 좋았습니다. 다음번 계획 때도 날 맞으면 또 찾고 싶습니다. 방학 동안 한 달 살기도 좋을 거 같아요. 아 그리고 5층 수영장도 넓고 시간 보내기 좋습니다.

세부 가족여행 잘 다녀왔습니다 숙소 편히 이용하였습니다 세탁기 있는게 제일 좋았으며, 세제는 직접 구비해가야합니다 리조트 보안도 좋고, 시설도 좋아요

Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

House only for you! Everything works well, easy to find it after arrival. Private entrance, well equipped kitchen, so you can easily cook. The owner provides drinking water (highly appreciate)! You can easily cook your own meals, no worries about food availability on the island. Ask local, where to buy fresh fish, squid, chicken on the farm. Vegetable was always available, no problem with cooking at all. Even there is no carenderia on the island. There is second accommodation on the island (RL), but they cook only simple *log food(cornsilog,longsilog etc). So if you want eat healthier eat, cook easily by yourself. RL is good for short stay only. Internet works well, on acceptable level. Globe has very limited coverage, you need go uphill. Carnaza is super charming island, stay at least one week and visit all beaches around the island! So worthy, beautiful beaches here! No tourists! Locals are friendly, it’s real authentic Philippino experience! Whole island is easily walkable ❤️

Beautiful place! Would be interested to come again. The place is peaceful and pretty. They also are in an area where the phone data is really fast (because it differs a lot in different parts of the island) so even if the wifi is limited we can still use data.

La maison était très propre, très bien équipée ( ustensiles de cuisine, Clim, ventilateur, lave linge, douche avec eau chaude…)! L’emplacement est top , dans un village de pêcheur, la maison est à 10 mètres de la plage d’agpangi brown beach ( à 5 min en voiture de la ville de naval)! Eric qui vit à côté de la maison est adorable, serviable et souriant !

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

This was my second trip to cebu , and Queno place is perfect if you want to be near everything. You can walk right across the street and you have everything from coffee cafes , Japanese food, chicken & beer , night club , dunkin donuts , breakfast lounge with a full bar and food menu, and at night it's a hookah lounge upstairs.

The place was very lovely, clean, spacious and is exactly what was seen and described. We had a very comfortable stay with my family. Location was good and transport was accessible. Communication with the host was wonderful and she responds very well despite the time difference. Well managed, five stars!

An amazing place in a fantastic location! It truly felt like staying in a hotel. I especially loved the keyless entry with coded locks, so convenient! There were some power interruptions, likely due to building maintenance, but overall, a great experience.

This is a recommended place to stay for those who want to enjoy a private and quiet resort for adults. Everything was as described. There were detailed and accurate instructions on how to get there from the airport and how to check in. There were plenty of towels and a gift of snacks in the room. The clean kitchen was spacious and well-equipped. The bed was also very comfortable. The resort staff were all friendly, and the area was very calm and quiet. The resort building is quite far from the entrance, so you need a taxi to get out. You can purchase a one-day pass at the resort for $1,800, but the maximum you can use for meals is $1,100, and breakfast was $1,000. There are not many fish on the compact private beach. If you want to enjoy the beach, I recommend joined an island hopping tour.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

We absolutely loved the place! My niece and nephews loved the pool and we absolutely loved everything else too! There are a lot of restaurants in the area to choose from so it’s a great place all around. The host was super sweet and extremely helpful with my 1 million questions LOL. For me it was a 10/10! Will definitely come back again soon!!!

This place was the best place I stayed in while visiting in the Philippines. Host was very responsive. I left my glasses and they let me know. If I come back I will definitely book this place again. Great location! The restaurant’s around this place are delicious. The front desk is very helpful as well.
