We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully furnished, and included everything we could possibly need. There were shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom, as well as coffee and tea available in the kitchen. The property is located in a gated community, making it very quiet and peaceful. It was probably the best accommodation we experienced during our trip. We felt well-rested before our flight home and appreciated the flexible check-in times.

Charmaine and Jet were very nice and responsive. They were very accommodating with our requests. The caretakers likewise were very helpful and friendly, always nearby and ready to respond to our concerns. The place was beautiful and really nice to relax. Everything was completely provided for. The only thing is that the place is not senior-friendly since there are steps going to the house and going down to the beach. The beach though was nice with your own private area. On the whole, it’s a great place to enjoy your summer vacation.

I always stay here when in Tacloban, the house is exactly as described. Boyet and his family living next door are great people and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

We stayed for 7 nights (May 27 to June 3) and rented the entire place. The house exactly looks as advertised. It has complete kitchen and fixtures so we were able to stock and cook our food. There are plenty of space to dine and hangout, our big group (9 grownups, 2 kids) was really comfortable. Ate Judy is really helpful, on our day 1, she helped us get food to cook, even gave us free empanada as quick snack for the long and tiring travel from Manila. She made sure everything we needed is covered. 1. 3 mins walk Masbas ecobay. Quiet, serene, really beautiful beach 2. 10 mins walk to Bakhaw beach 3. Place is surrounded by nature for total reset 4. We felt safe around their dogs. They accompany us to the beach and welcomes us home after a long day Best location if you are trying to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. Camotes Nook is a delightful private 1 bed studio with a bathroom situated on the grounds of Camotes Villa, which is a grand house overlooking Santiago Bay. It had access to the grounds of Camotes Villa, an infinity swimming pool and direct private access from the clifftop down to the beach. The beach offered safe swimming, no noise or visible pollution and some nice coral to snorkel. Mercy and her husband (the caretakers) were ever so helpful, and couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. We hired a scooter which was brand new from Mercy. The owner is lucky to have such kind and attentive caretakers looking after his property, it really is immaculate along with the grounds. There were a couple of good local places to eat (Backpackers Hostel and Santiago Bay Hotel). A 15 min drive to Consuelo there was a wonderful eatery called 1 Stop Shop which we also thoroughly recommend. We look forward to visiting again in the near future, Best Regards, Toby and Diana

The place was nice and clean, and the host was responsive and friendly. Its location was convenient, with food spots and coffee shops within walking distance. However, commuting to malls may take around an hour.

Whenever I go to Cebu to travel or work, I use Airbnb to stay at the Tambul resort residence. This Airbnb accommodation was one of the most expensive, but the view and interior facilities were the most perfect, so it was worth it.

My husband and our 2 kids (6 and 4) enjoyed our stay. The space is a little smaller than expected however we made it work. The bedroom door wouldn't shut with the air mattress down and the swing allowed less space for our kids to move around. Overall, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. We used the kitchen amenities and the washing machine as well! We enjoyed all pools and beach at Tambuli and the restaurants were delicious too! Monaliza had great communication and always answered as soon as she could. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others!

I had an amazing stay at Joan's place! Everything matched the airbnb listing to a tee. The room was clean and comfortable and the place is much bigger than what I expected. The host, Joan, was very accommodating and communicates clearly. Overall, Joan's place is like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place for to anyone looking for a Airbnb in Lapu-Lapu City. I would definitely stay here again!

Of all the units we've stayed in at Mactan Newtown this is the best that we are satisfied and no complain at all. This will be the place we will be staying for our next visit in Cebu! I highly recommend this place.

Easy 5 star. Had a comfortable stay and appreciated the snacks and water upon arrival. Everything functioned as expected, and the host is very responsive and helpful. Patrick checked in on us throughout the stay and made sure we got everything we needed.

I love how cozy and spacious the place is. The view outside the unit relaxes your mind and i love how big the pool is as well. Overall, I enjoyed my short stay. The host is very proactive as well when it comes to providing information about the unit.

We had a great time the place is clean feels like home close to nature you can see the sunrise in the morning and the sea view is great there are restaurants nearby Supermarkets/24/convenience store near the beach accessible to everything.

Great stay! Nice size apartment for a studio. The condo complex is good. Nice pool. The gym does the job although supposedly it's only for long-term guests, but if anyone asked I told them I was longterm lol. Air con units worked. WiFi / Internet connection was reliable. View was good for sunset. The host was always immediate to reply and super caring and helpful. Wonderful Airbnb experience. Thank you!

Stunning view and beautiful unit. Felt special. Me and my partner were very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. There's so much to do within walking distance and the restaurants are all delicious. Ailyn was extremely kind, helpful, and took great care of us. Thank you so much Luz. We had enjoyed our stay. Rooms are great, comes with mineral water in a machie so cold and hot water to drink is really handy. Big plus is the washing machine that comes with laundry detergents. The only negative is when we went to Dusit Thani to be told that we’re not allowed in the beach as we’re only guests and not the owner, still we had a yummy meal at their Korean restaurant. Extra towels, blankets, toiletries, vleaning stuffs are all available fir use. Internet/ wifi is excellent. The room’s facing the pool, ground floor location’s a plus factor too. Luz is very responsywhen I requested a late check out as our flight’s not until 22:00. Will happily book again, definitely recommendable to friends and family. Thank you so much.

I think its priced high, and I was expecting a problem free stay. the internet was down during most of our stay. the hosts were great to reply and attemp to fix the internet. its often a problem in the Philippines.
