The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—absolutely beautiful with stunning views and a prime central location. The private beach was gorgeous, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. Lux, the club across the street, was a fantastic spot for dancing and added to the vibrant atmosphere. Overall, an incredible stay—I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Marlou”s place is very safe and secure. The guards are very nice and accommodating. What I enjoyed the most was the quiet neighborhood. No dogs barking at night and no early morning rooster crowing. The house is very clean and spacious in a great subdivision. Marlou herself is a very nice person and replies very quickly to any questions you may have. A great house for the price.

Mark (host) and RJ (house manager) and the entire team staff made us feel welcome at home. The house is perfect for a nice and relaxing stay with delicious food all professionally prepared in the thatched roof kitchen and dining area with great views of the ocean. The pool is a great focal point with lots of seating surrounding it. The kids enjoyed beach combing during low tide. The nearby hot springs and hike to a waterfall is a nice 1/2 day excursion as well.

Spacious and clean home for our family of 6 adults! The outdoor area, pool deck, and dining room were perfect for the many visitors we received and entertained over our weeklong stay. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated the kitchen fully stocked with ample pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishware and cutlery. The strong A/C and swimming pool were refreshing amenities to come home to each day. While the water pressure isn’t as strong as our U.S. standards, having 3 full bathrooms was great. The live in family of caretakers use the bedroom next to the kitchen and stayed out of our way for the most part, but be aware they do walk around the outside premises throughout the day. They conveniently provided tricycle service when we needed it and replenished the drinking water often. The only negative (which is out of the owner’s control) is the music from the karaoke bars nearby which you can hear until after 1am every night! Otherwise a truly enjoyable stay and we will stay again!

Sun and Sea is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a peaceful ambiance. The accommodations were spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped for a perfect stay. The host went above and beyond, offering great local tips and ensuring every detail was just right. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace at sunrise and strolling along the nearby beach. The amenities, including the pool and lush gardens, made our stay even more special. If you're looking for a serene and luxurious getaway, Sun and Sea is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

The place matched the listing description. The host is also responsive to my questions. New sheets and towels were also provided. It’s accessible to the restaurants and grocery. We weren’t able to use the wifi during our stay but overall, we really enjoyed our stay. ‘Til our next stay!

Can’t really complain. House was comfortable, yhanyhan has a fully stocked kitchen and fridge with items you can purchase. Being a foreigner this was a great convenience (soda, beer, snacks, laundry detergent). Had a smart tv with Netflix. The only complaint I’d have is the water pressure was a bit low. But it didn’t really bother us too much. Both yhanyhan and her husband were very responsive and helped us out quickly when I locked myself out.

Though the weather didn’t cooperate during the visit, we really enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely come back soon! Mommy Sharon did her best and will give million stars if this app will permit us. Thank you Rico kahit tumakas ka sa inuman, sana nadagdagan pa yung bote ng Beer!

We had an awesome stay at this condo beach resort! The place was spacious, just enough for the four of us. Vibe was really cozy and homey, interior was really nice too. So happy they had fast Wi-Fi. Also really loved that there were board games and cards. Cooking was also very convenient. The view from the balcony was really lovely! We got to see the beach, city, and mountains all in one spot. It was such a nice place to relax. I want to thank the host and her team for being super responsive and easy to reach. Really appreciated the discounted vouchers for day use at the resort. Would definitely come back 👌🏻❤️

It was really good. There were a few problems, but You fixed it right away. I stayed for 8 days and wanted to extend it to 10 days, but I couldn't because I had another reservation. I'll use it again next time if I come.👍👍👍👍

We totally loved the place! Host was also kind enough to let us check-in early without any additional charges. The place looked exactly as it did in the pictures and it was also very clean. Th beach is a bit far but still walking distance and the pool was also very clean and looked exactly like it did sa pictures. My only concern was that there was no mineral water but maybe we just didn’t see the gallon. Aside from that, it was a good place and we had a great time! I greatly recommend this place!!! 💗

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .
