Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely stunning place to stay. The garden and pool was the perfect place to spend a sunny weekend. The house is beautiful and the facilities are amazing. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big enough and the kitchen has everything needed. Having a gym on the property is a fantastic bonus as well! Louise was an exceptional host. She responded to questions so quickly and was always friendly as well as helpful! The instructions provided made checking in super easy as well which is really appreciated.

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

Matt's place is fantastic. We had a truly wonderful stay at his house and very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Paul was super attentive and welcoming, making sure all our needs were met and offering helpful recommendations. A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it. The house is amazing. Perfect stay for our 3 families. Kids really enjoyed the stay. There were lot of toys for them to play. Thanks to Cormac for being so thoughtful about it. The highlight of the house was the hot tub. The kids thoroughly enjoyed being in the hot tub They have slides, swing and what not for kids.

Richard and Jessica’s place was great! We were staying for a family weekend and the house was everything we needed - walking distance to where we were going and big enough for us to cook and eat together with a large garden and an incredible view. Jessica was so lovely, friendly and flexible when communicating with us before we got there and they worked around what suited us best for check in. The table tennis table was definitely an added plus for us and the large garden with outdoor seating was so lovely. Definitely recommend!

Very clean and tidy accommodation, showers have very good water pressure which is important to me maybe not everyone. The house is neatly hidden on the outskirts of Bristol city with it only being a 10-15min drive to the centre prefect for a weekend away.

This was our second stay and for two nights this time. Accommodation was as expected from both description and previous stay, quiet enough for a poor sleeper to get sufficient sleep and an added bonus of milk and biscuits on arrival. We would definitely book to stay again if looking for accommodation in the area.

We enjoyed the comfortable, quirky interiors of this charming home with lots of lovely plants and things of interest and liked the big kitchen/diner with french doors to sit outside in the garden and good sized bedrooms all with a comfy mattress. It was quite a walk to get into the centre through some very urban areas so some useful welcome info for bus routes etc and where to find things would be good for guests but googlemaps came in handy. Quirky pub Duke of York with skittles to play and where you can bring in your own food round the corner through the little park was something to see and Cafe Napolita did good pizzas aswell as Better Foods only a 2 minute walk for coffees/pastries and shopping, also a cook kids art scrapstore upstairs! Would come again..

We had a great stay at Kate’s place and she is super responsive and helpful. One thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep and there is no shower only a bath - but this is clear from the other reviews. We had a lovely time and it is walking distance to some fab restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Hilary’s place in Hotwells! It was the perfect little home—cosy, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to both Clifton Village and the heart of Hotwells. Hilary was a brilliant host—communication was clear and timely, and her instructions for accessing the property were spot on. She also gave us some wonderful local recommendations. On her advice, we tried Nutmeg, the nearby Indian restaurant, and I genuinely had the best curry of my life! The space itself was really well thought out—clever use of layout and design made it feel much larger than expected. It had everything we needed and more, and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We visited as a group and had a great time at this home. It’s always a concern booking for others but this place was spotless, comfortable and in a great spot with great parking. Grant was really helpful and responsive. We all said we’d book again!

James’ house was the perfect place for a family reunion, from Canada, USA and Taiwan. Exactly as described, spacious living area, bedrooms well spread out for privacy, en-suite bathrooms. Well equipped with everything we needed, even a crib for the baby. Thank you James for a great weekend!

We booked for two weeks and were absolutely not disappointed! The location is fantastic — with so much to do nearby and just a short walk to some wonderful restaurants. JP provided a thoughtful welcome booklet filled with local recommendations, and we tried three of the spots he suggested — all were excellent! The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the attention to detail in every bedroom, especially the linens, made our stay extra comfortable. We were lucky enough to meet JP in the lovely shop below (also worth a visit!), and he was a delight — warm, welcoming, and full of even more great tips about the area. A definite highlight was the easy walk to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge. We’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!

"TOP DRAWER" Much like the hidden cutlery drawer within the top drawer next to the oven, this property is truly a hidden gem. Situated so close to the stunning Clifton Observatory where we attended a family wedding, yet cocooned by nature and the delight of birdsong. The focus of our stay was the wedding, so to be able to find and settle into our home from home with such ease was greatly appreciated. We are extremely grateful to our host for going above and beyond in allowing us to gift a one night stay to the bride and groom who were extremely grateful for the opportunity to peacefully rest and restore after their big day.
