Monthly Rentals in Eastwood

This is the 2nd time I booked this place. Fast communication, flexible and understanding hosts, worth for the price. The place is peaceful and clean.

Evelyn is a very friendly, thoughtful & meticulous host. She greeted us personally and showed us every part of the apartment and the amenities. She also provided us recommendations and directions at Eastwood area. Very walkable distance with good coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores/supermarket. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and equiped with all necessities. Amenities are well stocked and plentiful. Throughout our stay, Evelyn texted to check whether we needed any help and extra materials. We are very thankful and appreciate her thoughtfulness. Overall, we enjoyed the stay very much and really recommend this apartment.

Lanxi is very responsive and helpful. The accommodation matched the description and made my five-day stay comfortable. The bed was a bit firm, but it didn’t bother me because the bed linens and comforter were fresh and very comfortable. The room also included water bottles and a box of tissues. However, essential toiletries were not provided, so be sure to bring your own. They did provide fresh towels on my second day. The bus stops are within walking distance from the house, giving access to the metro that takes you into the city. The only downside is that the last bus departs at 7:30 PM. Overall, I would definitely book again and recommend it to others!
