Faurskov Mølle - Private apartment

Faurskov Mølle is located in the beautiful Brende Aadal - one of the most scenic areas on Funen. The area invites you to hike in forests and meadows. Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

Beachfront farm

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farm. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was dammed and the road into Bogense drained and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An enterprising farmer, Christian Jensen, built the farm 130 years ago in its current form with a large farmhouse and a humble tenant housing at the southern end. Vi er placeret lige på kanten af Svanninge Bakker, og området er meget velegnet til friluftsaktiviteter som vandring, løb, fiskeri og cykling. Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her.
