The apartment matches its description and photos well. It is in a very quiet living area that is well-connected via the Prilly Chasseur stops of R20 (going to Flon) and bus 33 (going to Prilly and Malley). I lived there for 2 months and did not have any particular issues. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a meal (oven+stovetop, pots, baking tray, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery). There is no microwave. There are free washing machine and dryer in the basement, you only need to bring detergent. Note that you can use them only on one particular day (typical, even if weird, Swiss laundry rules), ask Ludovic in advance if you are staying only for a couple of days and expect to do laundry. You cannot register this apartment as your place of residence in Lausanne. This is important if you are moving to live and work in Lausanne but are yet to register at Contrôle des habitants, get your residency permit, etc.

Very nice apartment with great views. Very well equipped and very comfortable apartment (bed + sofa), it just lacks a washing machine. It is possible to put a baby bed in the bedroom which also allows a baby to sleep there. The top floor accommodation is very quiet. There is long-term parking a 10-min walk away (8 CHF/24h). We had a pleasant stay with our 1-year-old baby. Ivan is also very responsive and accommodating. As a football fan I really enjoyed the decoration of the apartment.

We were delighted with this family stay in this apartment. We will certainly come back because our daughter lives in Lausanne. The apartment is very spacious and clean, well-equipped. Its location is perfect. The 3 bedrooms are nice. Some possible points for improvement: a shower would be preferable to a bathtub, especially for the elderly. A 2nd toilet would be useful when there are many people.

Great stay at Zabou’s place ! I have never been to a place with so detailed description for the stay. Zabou is very responsive and helpful if you’d like to find a good place to eat or chill. Very nice, I’d definitely recommend

Every instruction was clearly given. Fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. Everything was squeaky clean. Very calm and soothing room - colours, linen etc. Laundry and dryer, with ironing board is a great plus. Dedicated parking at the house. Money we'll spent and lovely host.

Excellent host, I had a problem with my plane flight, it was canceled at the last minute, it was very late, and Alexander came and gave me his apartment, which was very clean and with all the necessary amenities, he advised me on where to eat and on public transport The house is spectacular, it's new, it smells very good and everything is super clean. Great base for a few nights in Lausanne. Small but neat studio with comfortable bed and everything I needed. The best thing is its very central location - incredibly convenient and 2 minutes from the metro station. Valerie was also very responsive and helpful. It’s worth knowing that you can’t drive directly to the studio - it’s on a pedestrian street. So that means a short walk over cobblestones from the nearest Uber drop-off point or metro. Also the studio is down a flight of stairs (no lift). This was not a problem for me but might affect anyone with mobility problems or heavy luggage.

I already knew Anne Sophie's apartment: comfortable, in the village of the Middle Ages, very close to public transport to the city. When I go to Lausanne to see my grandsons, I immediately look for this apartment, to see if it is free.

The communication with Tara was really easy. The check-in was really simple and flexible. The apartment is located a bit outside of the center but at least it is not that far from the lake.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property! Very friendly and accommodating hosts, ready to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, amazing serene environment and views of the lake and surrounding picturesque villages, tastefully decorated and extremely clean first floor of a nice villa, lot of interesting places to visit in nearby art and cultural centers - everything for a very enjoyable vacation! My only recommendation for future guests is to rent a car as the property is not very close to public transport. Thank you Danielle!

We had a lovely stay at Amaury's. The love room is identical to the photo. Ideal location with parking in front of the accommodation. Spacious and very pleasant hot tub. Amaury is responsive, attentive and available. We 100% recommend this accommodation!

Everything is cozy and nice to stay

We had a great stay at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had very good advice on activities to do and restaurants. The young Vaïa is adorable, the center of attention. We'll be happy to go back!

Our stay was just perfect – this Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! The accommodation was not only immaculately clean and stylishly furnished, but also extremely well equipped. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The sauna and the jacuzzi are particularly noteworthy - both absolute highlights that made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times. The location was also ideal – very quiet and perfect for relaxing, yet shopping facilities were easily accessible.
