Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to four. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Lake Koronis Sunset Retreat

Enjoy lake life in this house nested in a quiet bay of Lake Koronis. It's great for all ages with a flat lake entrance, sandy bottom, shallow wading with deeper water for swimming at end of dock. Dock is provided so you can bring your boat and other lake toys. Fire pit and large screened in porch faces the lake to enjoy the beauty of the lake and premier view of sunsets. Master suite includes private second-level deck. Easy access to fishing, 10 mile bike/walking path.

Yellowstone feel 3Bd lodge/farm

This picturesque farm with a charming 3 bedroom cottage home will give you the best of what country living has to offer! The home has a true "Yellowstone" feel to it with its style and decor. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The home has one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the other two bedrooms. There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.

Our cabin is the perfect place to re-energize and reconnect.

Located on a gravel road in rural Minnesota, this peaceful and cozy guesthouse has two bedrooms, an ADA accessible main floor and bathroom, full kitchen, full laundry, and country views. We are located approximately 15 minutes from Litchfield, Kimball, Dassel/Darwin, and more. We have plenty of parking if you have a trailer, camper, or boat. Fruit trees and raspberries for seasonal snacking.
