Ένα μικρό, ισόγειο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της πόλης με δωρεάν ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα σε σούπερ μάρκετ, φαρμακείο, ζαχαροπλαστεια κ.α.
