Welcome home to this peaceful cottage just walking distance to downtown Aiken, Aiken Polo Club grounds, and Bruce’s Field. One bedroom, personal washer/dryer and kitchen. Cozy living room with 55” smart TV. Bring your Firestick or use the log-in to access your fav tv shows! The cottage is private - no shared doors/entrances. It is 650 sq ft. Monthly maintenance conducted during 30+ day stays. Stays are higher in July. We will reduce overall cost to approx. $2,100 for 30+ days. Send us a note!

Convenient newly built apartment attached to our home. It's completely private with its own entrance, kitchenette, fridge, queen bed, closet, 55" flat screen with Live tv, hair dryer, microwave, fast wi-fi, desk and printer. Pack-n-Play available. I-20: 5 mins away Augusta National: 15 mins away Walmart super center is 3 minutes away. Washer and Dryer are not available. No Pets Allowed. No smoking allowed inside or outside the unit. I follow Airbnb’s five-step enhanced cleaning process.

Relax in privacy on our 2.5-acre equestrian estate. Walk or ride to polo, Steeplechase track, Hitchcock Woods, and downtown. Guests w/horses: 5 stalls, 2 large paddocks, tack room, and storage shed may be rented separately by "special offer" thru site. DRY stalls are $60/stall/day. You must clean stalls/paddocks daily and return to original condition. Wheelbarrow, pitchfork, etc. provided. Manure must go in container at back gate ($100/pickup) or take it w/you.

The Studio at Berkley

This studio apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, and just a mile to Bruce's Field, door to door, and 1.5 miles to The Wilcox or other restaurants in downtown Aiken. Nice neighborhood to walk or bike through and enjoy the beautiful Live Oaks that border the infamous South Boundary St. The Studio is on the 2nd floor of a recently renovated house. You will have your own entrance off the back deck, and can park your car at the side of the house.

A kitchen features wooden cabinetry and a spacious countertop. Appliances include a refrigerator, microwave, and an oven. A small dining table with two stools is centered in the room, accompanied by a blue vase. Natural light enters through a window adorned with a colorful accent.

Quiet country place only 15 minutes from Augusta

Enjoy the peacefulness of the county close to town. The apartment has an equestrian style and is a comfortable hideaway. You can relax and see the stars or cookout on the covered front area. It is a tranquil getaway. If you need a stall for your horse, ask me about those fees. Also note there is limited cellphone coverage because you are at the back of the property so you will need to use the WiFi for calls or internet. No pets and no childern.
