Holiday rentals with a patio in Edgewater

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

The condo was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you may need. The view from the balcony was amazing! The beach was not crowded. You can’t go wrong with this condo. Ana was a great host & willing to help with any questions you may have. Wonderful stay.

I had a lovely stay at Michelle’s Airbnb! The space was very nice, clean, and set in a beautiful location that made the whole experience extra relaxing. I also really appreciated Michelle’s patience and understanding when I woke up later than planned—she was kind and accommodating the whole way through. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. Great location and close to everything we needed. We felt right at home and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

Robert was a very helpful and welcoming host, the rental was very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what i needed for my work and exams while I was here for 2 weeks, the neighbours are also very friendly and there is a nice bistro coffee shop and a decent restaurant called blackbeards within a short walk of the property, I will definitely be returning again for my next work trip, thanks again Robert 🙏🏻

What a neat location! It was perfect for my husband and I to visit family, but also to explore Deland’s wonderful downtown area. Very clean and comfortable!

Juan was very responsive and accommodating for our entire stay. The location was perfect as it was central to the activities, restaurants, and bars we had in our itinerary. I would stay at Juan's home again!

Private, tranquil stay that's still accessible to New Smyrna, Sanford, Deland, and more. The home was spotless, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the pool and property were well-maintained. Barbara's listing served as a perfect retreat for our trip to attend a family wedding. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay. We were in town for a music festival, and the house was in the ideal location for us to walk to and from the festival, as well as to explore other local dining and nightlife spots. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive.

It was a lovely place to stay at during our sons baseball tournament games. It was also great that we were able to bring our dogs with us. Plenty of room for our family.

The house is so beauitful, clean and tastefully decorated. It was well lit which was a huge help since our flight arrived after dark. The neighborhood is well maintained, minutes to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! There were instructions all around on how to work things, where lights were, etc. we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub! very good stay!

The place was exactly as described by the host — clean, cozy, and just a short walk to the ocean! That alone is a huge plus: no need to pay for beach parking, and if you forget something, it’s no big deal — the house is so close, you can just walk back and grab it.The price is a rare gem for this location, especially being so close to the water.This spot is also perfect if you’re planning to visit the Disney parks. After a full day of fun and crowds, coming back here to breathe in the ocean air and relax on the beach is pure bliss. One tip for families with kids: the condo has tile floors throughout, so it’s a good idea to bring non-slip socks or slippers to keep little ones safe. We’d gladly stay here again!

Such a cute and convenient place! Maria was super responsive and a great host. The apartment was clean, and exactly as described. We had a great weekend stay and highly recommend staying here. Very walkable to local places and definitely a gem in the area!

Place was great. Very clean. Nice big living room space with nice tv. The closet was huge so a great place to store bags. Really nice to have a little patio space to get some fresh air without having to take the stairs down. The stairs are a little daunting if you come back late after a night out, if you know what I mean. If you're a light sleeper you might not like hearing everyone walk by downstairs.

The condo has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Only good things to say about this condo. We have been regular visitors to New Smyrna Beach over the years and this one may be our favorite condo we’ve stayed at. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. The condo is very inviting, the beach is fantastic, the pools are great, the bed and couch are very comfortable, the kitchen is very functional, the decor adds to the nice beach-y feel, towels and beach gear are more than adequate, clean, etc., etc. All good things.

Been staying in NSB for years and this is great for a family stay, especially with kids on the no drive beach. I liked the thought that went into having everything you could need on a stay. From ice and filter water, coffee, creamer and sweetener for mornings. The little bathroom extras are a great touch as well, multiple pillow and blanket choices is a plus. The place was filled with lots of things that’s just makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Like staying at a friends place.

We had an amazing time at Enrico’s condo on the beach! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views and the beautiful decor that made the space feel warm and welcoming. The condo was absolutely immaculate, and it was clear that a lot of thought went into the design and amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together. It was a delightful surprise to find that the showers were equipped with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, I would rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10! I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway.
