Full laundry in the kitchen, also. Leather recliner in the living room, as well as a comfy leather couch. Smart tv, set up for antenna, as well as netflix and hulu. 5G wifi thru out the home. Firepit in the backyard. Tables and chairs on the front deck, as well as the rear patio. Relaxed atmosphere also provided!

Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay here. Between the location, amenities, and gorgeous views we couldn’t recommend this place enough. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed and if something was missing they would be on top of it! They were excellent communicators and made us feel so welcomed. Aside from the bnb being beautifully decorated, we were very comfortable there and hope others can enjoy it as much as we did.

The Little Beach Retreat

This little cottage was the perfect place to stay for a short trip to Edinboro. We were in town for a softball tournament in Cambridge Springs and Kelly’s home was only a 15 min drive to the fields. She provided very good local recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. My favorite part about the stay were the beds, which were incredibly comfortable. Most Airbnb’s have cheap, uncomfortable beds but not this place. Both beds were full/doubles but were super comfy. The bathroom was clean and the living room space was spacious. I believe the price for this home is super affordable and was part of the reason we picked it. I would definitely stay here again!

"The Adrift", Edinboro Lakeside

Great place. Seems like it's brand new or recently renovated. The house is beautifully decorated. A few of the streaming services were already logged in for the guests to enjoy. There were more than enough towels and linens for our family of 6. A basket of bagels with cream cheese and a box of chocolates were pleasant surprises. Doug was a very responsive host and provided clear directions. We would certainly stay again and highly recommend it to others.

Was as described. Loved that they had a stock of cleaners, baggies, trash bags, paper towels, and kitchen utensils and gadgets including crock pot, french press, dishes, storage containers, two refrigerators, 2 coffee makers. Extra linens and towels. Lake was directly across from home. Able to fish off dock. Very relaxing and clean. Would definitely return!

I was driving halfway across the country and found this place to stay for a night. Cheaper than the hotels in the area. So glad I found this little gem! Right off the highway, very homey and clean. Olivia responded to my request very quickly and check in was efficient. Just what I needed to get a good nights rest. If I had to complain about anything I’d say the key pad used to get in was worn out, so it was difficult reading the numbers. The surrounding area was a tad sketchy. It’s in a wooded area right next to what looks like an abandoned gas station. But the house itself was fine!
