Holiday rentals with a patio in Edinboro

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Great place! We came back a second time and will stay again when we visit the area. The place has everything you need, nice bedding, very clean.

Great location and space. The neighborhood was quiet and in a central location. We rode our bikes a few blocks to the trail and down to the bayfront. Ice cream right around the corner and multiple places for good eats. It was wonder to have off street parking too! The house was large and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend if visiting Erie

Everything just as described nice stay and very quiet

I was in town for a family get together for my moms 98th birthday.their place was just as described.very peaceful and quiet.well equipped with everything needed.with the events i had going on i didnt spend alot of time there.but come evening it was so relaxing hanging out there.i will stay there again when im in town for more family get togethers. much more peaceful than a hotel.thanks tom and patty!

Excellent stay for a medical rotation study space. Dan was very responsive! I had everything I needed so I didn’t need to contact him. I was there during the rainy season and the balcony was a nice addition to enjoy coffee while listening to the storms. The neighbors were quiet with exception to about once a week when they would practice piano and singing. It was just loud enough for me to hear in the background of cooking and studying. Not obtrusive but almost like my own private concert. I found it to be a nice surprise because they are quite talented. They were never heard after 8pm. Easy <10 minute drive to LECOM and Gannon. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Walmart grocery, Factor meals, and DoorDash delivered easily. The back steps are steep as mentioned in the description (which I did not appreciate until after leg day at the gym lol), but this is typical for historic homes. Overall, I highly recommend this very clean, very spacious, and conveniently located property.

We loved our stay with Nicolas! He was very responsive and helpful before the stay, all communication was accurate, and the place was exactly as advertised. The house was lovely and in a really peaceful, friendly neighbourhood - we couldn’t have asked for more and we would absolutely stay again if we return to Erie :)

Awesome place! Clean, well stocked, comfortable and great location. And Karla and her team were incredibly responsive. The Keurig wouldn’t turn on so we sent her a message, and she had a new one delivered to the house within a half hour early on a Saturday morning. Great for a small family. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay in Erie! The house was perfect size and so close to the lake. Will definitely check in again should I come back to Erie!

We had a wonderful stay! The place had everything we needed and more. Leslie is a fantastic host, so thoughtful and thorough. I especially loved the binder with detailed recommendations for places to eat and things to do, it was incredibly helpful. The surprise treats were such a sweet touch! Everything was well-organized and made our stay exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again!

Joanna is an amazing host! She answered all questions and was very accommodating. We were shocked with how spacious and inviting the home was. There were indoor and outdoor activities provided for the kids. Additionally there is an awesome Blackstone grill and Solo fire pit. We loved our stay and will recommend this place to everyone who is looking to get away!

This Airbnb was fantastic! The house was clean and stocked with plenty of toiletries, which was a huge convenience. The host really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Quiet with the comforts of home. Close to great restaurants, grocery store, gym and ice cream shops. Perfect spot to run through Scott Park, Frontier, and Presque Isle

Kym’s place was wonderful! We had a fantastic new years and getting to experience Chautauqua in the winter after not doing so after 7 years was so amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities and the tranquility that winter in Chautauqua had to offer! I highly recommend Kym’s place! She was a great host and she has a prime location!

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

perfect little quiet home! had everything you needed and more! great location close to everything even hiking trails! loved that they had a book with everything to do in lake erie that showed all the restaurants, parks, fishing spots, and shops, with a map of the island!
