Amazing place to stay, especially for the price. We had to last minute book this flat because a different air bnb didn’t work out, but this place fixed everything for us. We just stayed for one night and watched a movie; we went outside to watch the sunset and a cat walked up to us and joined us. Very clear instructions and notes left around the house, would 100% stay again.

The listing was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and cozy. We stayed for an overnight trip with our toddler and felt right at home. Michael was very polite and responded fast when I had a question. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again if in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location, in close proximity to shopping and the lake. Jessica was an incredibly kind and responsive host who made our stay stress-free. The apartment was clean and easy to find. My father and I stayed here for several weeks while my mother was being treated for a serious illness at a nearby hospital. It was a very difficult and uncertain time for our family. We immediately felt at home, relaxed and comfortable when we stepped into the house and apartment. It is spacious but felt very warm and cozy. The house has alot of charm and character with the inside wooden staircase leading upstairs and a beautiful large outside sitting porch. There are many windows and natural light in the apartment. We were able to witness the beautiful blooming of the magnolia flowering tree out our windows. The host was very flexible and accomodating to our fluid situation and responsive when we needed to extend our stay. The property manager Joe was very friendly and helpful. The apartment layout was perfect for our needs. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides of the apartment. The bathtub was very relaxing and the beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was centrally located to everything on the lake. The place was very clean and very well decorated and equipped with amenities. The hosts were great to work with and were very accommodating as well. Definitely will stay here again when we are in the area!

My wife and I visited Oil City for the first time to ride bike on the rail trails. (Great trails, we highly recommend). We stayed in Herons Landing. What a great experience we had thanks to Erin! She is so freindly and a great host. Her coffee shop Woods and River Coffee Shop is right downstairs under the apoartment, where she would greet us most mornings. There, we found delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Both were incredible! She made us feel right at home and also gave good recommendations on where to eat for dinner around town. The apartment is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the listing. We look forward to staying again!

This was our second time staying here - we loved it so much last year we had to come back! The house is amazing - something for everyone - adults to relax and activities to entertain kids. Sunset views from the yard are breathtaking. If it’s a clear night, lay on a lounge chair on the bedroom deck, look up at the stars and put headphones on with your favorite music - pure bliss. Thank you for allowing so many to enjoy this home!

This was absolute relaxation heaven! Quiet, clean and right on the lake. We loved the sunsets, the morning coffee on the deck, and s’mores at the fire table. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!

Mark and Tammy’s home is charming and so comfortable for a relaxing stay. The views are beyond breathtaking. You can see the beautiful trees and river and sit out on the back deck and watch the birds soaring. A fantastic place to stay.

We stayed the weekend for a graduation and LOVED this beautiful home with fantastic amenities. We didn't have any children with us. But if we did, they would not want to leave the adorable playroom upstairs. Nice back yard, especially if staying with a dog. We Appreciate all the info about Erie and how well the kitchen was stocked. The walk in shower and taller toilet is great for older folks. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway! We enjoy walking along the lake and it’s close to lots of access sites. Will certainly keep this place in mind for future visits.

Katie’s place was just what we needed. A couple days of “down time” with some friends. The beach is a short walk down the road and there’s a nice Bbq place we discovered. At night, a nice fire by the woods. Katie was very responsive with anything we needed. This place is the bottom level of Katie’s home, so we had the pleasure of hearing her son singing in the distance now and then:) Thanks again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our group of families on a ski weekend. The bedrooms were large and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and everything we needed to cook for a crowd. Best of all, the location was outstanding…right in front of the lift! The place was clean too! Highly recommend.

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

Location, location, location! This place is perfectly situation next to Presque Isle, and the beautiful woods/park surrounding it make it feel private and peaceful. The apartment is clean and modern and the hosts were very responsive with whatever needs came up as they arose. Our family of 6 made great memories here and loved that we could hop on our bikes and ride to the trails without having to load them up on the car. I appreciated the easy first-floor access to the apartment, and the fact that each of our kids had their own bed. One thing I will say - if the community pool is important to you/your kids, check ahead of time if it is open. It was under repairs while we were there. But the hosts had no control over this. Despite the pool being closed, we had a great time and all of us would like to return someday!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Great location for everything! Would stay here again next time we travel to area.
