Holiday rentals with a patio in Edmundston

We've stayed here many times each being a great experience, I come up every couple months to check on my property. its perfect location since its right up the street from it. Phils always helpful. Last time I remembered my tools but forgot safety glasses but he let me borrow a pair so I was able to do what I planned. Trustworthy too one time I forgot my wallet which had at least a couple grand in it, he got it back to me un tampered with. Not to mention I have an 8 hr drive and usually leave at 3am to avoid traffic in ct, and mass. And is always great with letting me check in and out early, late. Last time I tried doing the drive during the day (biggest mistake) didn't get there till about 11pm

We had a great time at Tina’s place. Her hospitality is above and beyond. There were many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Comfy bed and soft pillows. The setting is beautiful, peaceful and private as well as spacious. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Tina for sharing your gem by the lake side!

This is our second visit—because our 1st was perfect! Super easy to find, easy checkin, great communication. Super walkable to the Market Square, where the Farmer’s Market is on Saturday mornings, the Co-op, and our favorite restaurant The Vault. We’ll stay again for sure! The kitchen is big and well stocked, couch has tons of room, big clean bathroom. The bed is probably the most comfy of any Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! House also had A/C in the bedroom and living room, and several fans if needed. We love this house!

I had a wonderful stay. Great apartment for one person or a couple. It was well appointed and had everything you’ll need for your stay. Close to the lake and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I had the pleasure of meeting the host in person — he was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a welcome note. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The home went above and beyond my expectations! From the moment you walk in, there’s lots of pieces with funny quotes around the house that give you a good chuckle and make the place more inviting. There were kayaks available, life jackets, and even a wet suit! There were board games and a room with a double monitor taking our gaming experience over the top. A fire pit right by the water making it a the perfect place to lay and look at the stars. The host was very friendly and extremely responsive, I would definitely book again! Modern amenities, very well stocked, comfortable bed, quiet and safe . The views are outstanding, rolling hills of farmed fields ( we didn’t see much live stock) lovely fresh air and breezes. The night sky was clear ( no light pollution) excellent star gazing. Full views of sunrises and sunsets. There is a very informative map of local amenities in the welcome folder, which was very helpful. Erin was quick to answer any questions we had . It is a lovely home and we hope to stay there again.

Cute lake house with everything you need!

The accommodation is spacious, quiet, well furnished/equipped, warm. Great for a group. I recommend it without hesitating!

we had stayed here once a couple years ago and had a good experience then as well. very responsive and easy to check in and check out. kitchen is one of the best stocked of any rentals we've stayed at. bathroom could use some updating but if it's just two or four of you there's plenty of room and it's a really great location. everything was clean and their dog friendly which is much appreciated!

My friend and I had a lovely hiking trip in Baxter and the trip was enhanced by returning to a cute little log cabin with a view of the water.
