Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Edogawa City

Great location, surrounded by buzzing atmosphere. Loved the balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable and clean space, situated close to train station making travel super easy. Great host, very responsive.

We enjoyed the convenience of this location very much - it was close to the train station, close to restaurants and convenience stores, and was a quieter area in close walking distance to the busier area of Asakusa. The space of the apartment felt tight to walk around in for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children age 7 and 10), but the description and reviews did mention the narrowness of the apartment. We put out the extra bed on the floor for bedtime and folded it back up during the day to allow space for the table and put some of our luggages underneath the bed, and it worked out. We were thankful for the many amenities provided such as washer, the kitchenette, and the instructions on how to use the items, and felt the space was well used. Keyless entry was also smooth and easy.

This was my second time staying at StayFab’s apartment in Shimokita and just like the first time we loved it. We appreciate the apartments proximity to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The apartment is an ideal size for a family traveling with kids. David is a great host and a great communicator.

Lovely place to stay, super clean, plenty of clean towels, shower gel/shampoo provided, amenities great. Lots of 7-11s or equivalent around. Short walk to metro station and easy to get anywhere on the underground, including the airport. TK was responsive, helpful and generous. Can’t fault our stay (3 adults) and would definitely recommend.

The room was clean and spacious, the price was reasonable, and I had a good time! Also, despite the last-minute reservation, you responded quickly, and I am very grateful!

My family of 5 had a great time in Tokyo. Toshi's place was in an excellent location and close to transit, convenience stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

The location of the house is great, you can see the Skytree from the window, 10 minutes from the station, very thoughtful snacks were prepared, but the room space is a little small, the facilities are a little old, and the daily necessities are a little lacking, I hope it can be improved,

The overall listing is good, but the mattress is a bit uncomfortable.Just lay the sheets directly on the mattress and put a layer of mattresses in the middle.

Great stay! Highly recommend the ramen place shared by Hideyuki. Close to the Asakusa line and a few temples are walking distance. Overall 5/5. Worth mentioning: the stairs were a bit narrow so please be cautious if members of your party have disabilities.

The home was beautiful with lots of great features for a family of 5. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with lots of local recommendations. Highly recommended!

Access from Narita Airport was very convenient.There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, about a 4-minute walk away.There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very helpful during my stay.There is also a duty-free drug store near Yahiro station, so shopping is convenient.Access to Shibuya is also good, and I think it is an ideal location for sightseeing. The room was clean and the large bed was very comfortable.I had a comfortable and lovely stay.Thank you!

Tomio is without a doubt the best Airbnb host I’ve come across. If there’s a way to give him 6 stars I would! He is very thoughtful and goes above and beyond to curate a wonderful experience for our extended stay. Checking in was smooth. The guest handbook is very thorough and has all the information you need and more. The property is just outside of the Tokyo metropolitan perimeter, near Motoyawata station - a brisk 10 min walk away. It’s a bedroom community, very quiet and safe. If you’re just looking for somewhere to crash after a day of exploring in the city, this would meet your need. That said, the house is definitely older with its unique quirks. The building is tuck away behind other houses so the first floor doesn’t get a lot of light or ventilation. Overall I’d still recommend this Airbnb for travelers who want a quiet place to rest at night after exploring, especially with a great host! Thank you for hosting us.

it was cute and lovely place to stay, with plenty of towels and places to relax. was extremely close to a supermarket which was great. The host was very quick to respond and thank you for the lovely stay.

If I have a big group, I prefer staying here than ANYWHERE else. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious it is. Many Airbnb’s have an art for making the spaces look bigger than it is. This place is awesome! It is so convenient and has many options for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. Jerry is an excellent and attentive host and you can ask him anything and he will try and help you 😊, having an elevator in the bldg is a game changer, no lugging heavy bags up and down 2-3 flights of stairs. A toilet on every floor is so helpful and 2 baths is a luxury. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. So easy to access. I almost am afraid to leave such a good review because I’ve had a hard time booking this place since the last time. I will always choose this place over any other as long as it’s available 👍🏻❤️

I stayed for 10 people. The host was very polite, and it was really helpful that he was able to contact us smoothly and closely when we were in trouble. We all cooked and watched Netflix while having a takoyaki party at the sunken table, and had a fulfilling time.The room is as beautiful and clean as the photos. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Kayo’s Airbnb! The apartment is stunning—bright, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere really made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything. Walking distance to Shinjuku. It was easy to explore the area with so many great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and public transportation just a short walk away. Most of all, I want to sincerely thank Kayo and co hosts for their warm hospitality. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. From quick communication to thoughtful recommendations, they went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze. I have stayed at one of Yin's Kami-kitazawa properties before so that should say a lot about my trust in this Airbnb. It looks better than in the pictures and is a very charming location. There's plenty of privacy thanks to the layout, sliding door that separates the bathroom and shower space, and shades that can be pulled down to separate the desk area from the bed areas. The wifi was great on my laptop, even for video calls. Having a washer and dryer was extremely useful, and the shower temperature was perfect. The AC and heater were also extremely effective. For those who want a comfortable bed, the sofa bed is very cushiony but still firm. I slept on the bunkbed. You can feel the springs in the mattress, and that did not bother me but those with sensitive backs might want a cushion. I slept well! You can also sometimes hear people upstairs but that is the case with many residential Japan places. It did not bother us. I want to stay here again. Thank you for the amazing Airbnb 🙏

The tower was nice but I underestimated the stairs

Hitomi is a caring and responsive host. It's clear she's working hard for her guests and tries her best. Based on our guest information, she saw we had an infant and asked the baby's weight in order to have a pack of properly sized diapers waiting for us in the property while when we arrived. All the baby equipment was clean, worked, and matched what is described in the listing. I recommend Hitomi with my highest praise if anyone is trying to travel with a child to any of her properties.
