Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Edogawa City

Great location , under 10 minutes walk to Shin Koiwa station . The host is super responsive to any inquiry . The house is clean spacious and can probably host for 10 people ( we were group of 7) FIY the house has 1 full bathroom but we didn’t have any issue with it. The place was as described . I would recommend it to anyone and also would reserve it for our future trip to Tokyo. Thank you, Tomo , for hosting us and for the comfortable stay .

It’s a great spot for anyone enjoying Tokyo. The sushi restaurant was a real treat. Incredibly clean, very comfortable, and our hosts were super responsive. Would stay again.

Kyoko's place was perfect for our large family. We had our four adult boys with us, and there was plenty of space for everyone in this newer unit. The kitchen and laundry machines were essential for our longer stay. The location is more of a local neighborhood, which we preferred. Easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya, but the nearby neighborhoods and access to Shimokitazawa was really nice as an alternative to the overpopulated areas. Kyoko had great local recommendations and we felt at home in the markets, izakayas and ramen shops nearby. Thank you so much!

We were very happy with the place. It was very quiet and clean and we enjoyed the terrace.

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

A very good stay! Japanese-style house in a quiet residential area. About 10-minute walk from the subway station, and it's relatively smooth to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. The landlord speaks very good English, responds promptly, and even recommends us the red wine. The house is clean and tidy. Although it's a bit old, the facilities are very complete. The stairs are very steep, but my 50-year-old mother didn't encounter any problems. The landlord also prepared water and snacks. All in all, it was a pleasant experience! I hope to come again if I have the chance!

Yuki is very responsive and helpful! The area was perfect for our stay. Yuki told us about a festival that would be happening while we were there and it was an incredible experience! Yuki provided clear instructions on how to use the A/C, the washing machine, etc. She is a lovely and thoughtful host!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was clear and easy, and the host was extremely responsive and welcoming. If an issues came up, they made it right very fast and prompt. The location was also great quiet and safe, but still close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I have never had a host so responsive, so friendly as Naka, even from the onset of the trip. She made us felt very welcome from the first to last day of the stay. In the near future, I'll definitely be going back to Naka's place during my trip to Tokyo! thanks Naka once again!

The host was super responsive and very nice! This Airbnb had enough room for 6 people and was really comfortable. There is also a laundromat and Kikukawa station less than 2 minutes away. In addition, we had multiple interaction with the locals and they were helpful and really friendly. Highly recommended! Also, thank you for the stay!

We had a great stay! The location is great! It was just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing, tons of shopping, and endless food options all around. The host was very responsive and super helpful, sharing lots of local tips and info that made our trip even better. One note for families: while the Airbnb itself was great, the neighborhood isn’t very kid-friendly, especially at night. If you’re traveling with young children, you might want to consider staying in a different area or city.

We arrived by rental car and after consultation with the landlord we were able to park directly next to the apartment. Great location in a more traditional Tokyo. Highly recommended for those who want to experience the culture without encountering many tourists. The host was very friendly and responded very quickly to questions. Excellent location…an easy walk to Shibuya Station about 10-12 minutes. Apartment was very quiet and well equipped. Takumi communicated well with clear instructions on navigating to the apartment. 100% recommend watching the YouTube video they provided. Made it so easy and clear to find. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. We were a group of 7 including small children, and everyone felt very comfortable. Lots of convenience stores and subways nearby. Ueno station and its adjacent shopping and nightlife districts were 10 minutes by foot. The 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, separate bedrooms, kids play room, and large terrace with a view of Skytree was huge pluses. Host was kind and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

My son and I stayed two weeks at Daniel’s places. Both he and his wife are very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying at one Daniel’s places!

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Great host, had some trouble with the lockbox and they came over to help us within 10 minutes. Shin-okubo is a great location to stay in central Tokyo, highly recommended this area. Loved the balcony Would stay again %100

Our family is importing our cat to Japan, and we needed somewhere pet friendly plus for four people. Makoto-san's place was perfect for our needs. We also loved the very soft, warm blankets which kept us cozy during this winter weather. Everything was comfortable, Makoto-san was very kind and responsive. I recommend his place if you also have a furry friend and family needing somewhere clean, cozy, and convenient.
