Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By the sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

Downstairs, there is a large hall, bathroom, open plan: living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Ski storage, parking included. Large balcony and green area nearby. 17 km to Åre. 4 km to Undersåker. Close to Edsåsdalen, Trillevallen, Vålådalen Only for guests over 25 years of age. Duvets, pillows are included but bedding and towels must be brought!

Welcome to book accommodation for the family or with your friends! A cozy cottage surrounded by nature and forest that gives a feeling of seclusion and tranquility! Here you can play in the cottage yard, grill sausages, take a walk/ski on the Pilgrim's Trail, or just enjoy the sofa in front of a fire! Despite the secluded location, it is only 800 meters to the E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and the nearest ICA store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 minutes by car).

The cabin by Storån

Varmt välkommen till detta unika och lugna boende precis vid Storån. En underbar plats för naturälskaren. Egen brygga finns för den badsugna. Det finns även en eldplats vid ån där man kan grilla och njuta av utsikten. Boendet består av en mindre timmerstuga som trots sin storlek har de flesta bekvämligheter. Har du tur kan du se uttern fånga fisk medan du äter frukost. Storån är en populär plats för flugfiske. Fem minuters promenad från stugan har ni en stor, fin sandstrand vid Ottsjön.

Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.

På nedervåningen finns det ett större badrum med tvättmöjligheter samt en trivsam bastu. I det öppna härliga köket som är kombinerat med vardagsrum står även en kamin för att kunna värma sig lite extra eller skapa härlig stämning. Ved medtages själv går att köpa på ex Ica Undersåker. sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej

Helt nybyggt hus på 30kvm i modern tappning med mysigt sovloft. Huset ligger på en villatomt i lugnt område med ett boningshus i närheten med delad gräsmatta. Beläget vid gammelskog med gångväg till tågstation, Ica och bageri. Lämpligt att bo 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Max 4 vuxna. Gräsmatta utanför huset med sittplatser för 4 personer. Jag ser helst att du städar boendet själv. Kostnad för städ tillkommer annars enligt överenskommelse. Lakan och handdukar går ej att hyra sommaren 2026.

There are 6 beds in three bedrooms, one king-size double bed, one with two separate single beds, and one with a bunk bed. There is a well-organized kitchen, dishwashing machine, laundry machine, and a cabinet for drying clothes.
