Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis! Warmly welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in a 24 sqm studio. The residence is located in a newly built house on our property, and consists of a room with kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment is located a few kilometers outside Rasbo. It is incredibly calm and quiet, with a farm as the closest neighbor where you can see horses and cows walking in the pastures outside the property. Forest and fields create a beautiful environment, perfect for long walks!

Archipelago cottage in Roslagen

Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

OBS! Vintertid ansvarar gäster för snöskottning, därav lägre avgift under vintersäsongen. Mysig röd liten stuga med trädgård och närhet till många utflyktsmål runtom i vackra Roslagen. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt villakvarter. 20 minuter med bil till havet och badplats. 5 minuter med bil till ett centrum med mataffär, pizzeria, apotek etc. Ca 1h 20 min från centrala Stockholm med bil. Möjligt att ta sig med buss från Stockholm. En resa på ungefär 2 timmar. Husdjur & rökning är ej tillåtet.

Nice wood stove in the kitchen. Bathroom around the house knot with dry toilet and shower. 4G coverage About 50 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda by car.

A short walk takes you to a quiet lake and a lovely sea inlet, for swimming, or just unwinding by the water. The house has all modern comforts, an open floor plan, and big windows that bring the outdoors in. There’s also a private sauna. Especially great for families - there are toys, trampoline, swings, a highchair, and a baby bed to make your stay easy and fun. Enjoy the peace and quiet!

Eller varför inte promenera i de vackra skogarna, hyra vår fullt utrustade yogasal, plocka bär och svamp eller kanske ta med egen häst och hyr då en box! Gästhuset har sex personligt inredda rum med två sängar i varje, tre toaletter varav en med dusch och ett stort och mysigt kök med en härlig braskamin.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Architect-designed house built in 2023. Quiet and secluded place, with proximity to service in Edsbro. Open plan with nice social areas with kitchen and living room with fireplace and a large terrace that binds together outside and inside. 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with bunk bed (120 + 80cm). The garden is wild and lush in the summer, with fields and forest as the only neighbor. Sheets can be booked for 50 SEK/person.

Båtsmanstorp, an hour's drive from Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Carefully renovated cottage with wood stove and fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultivated varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken, where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the cottage, there is a wood-fired sauna. There is good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination.
