An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail - you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing - at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

We would like to thank our hosts Ingrid and Luc for the wonderful time in Balen. When we arrived, Ingrid greeted us with the key and a tour of the house. The accommodation was very clean and quiet - in the middle of the forest, but easy to reach by car. The next day, we were allowed to watch a horse feeding and admire the orchard. There is a beautiful hiking trail nearby, which is recommended. Thank you for the wonderful holiday, hospitality and generosity! We will be happy to come back!

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. The location is also really nice, you can explore many cities in the area or you can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike. We will be happy to come back, thank you so much for the nice time :)

Probably the cosiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Arthur & Ellis place is very very cozy, clean and spacious. The place has everything we needed (even things we didn’t know we needed :) ) and it has a very nice atmosphere. Arthur and Elli were very nice, helpful, welcoming and kind. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Perfect for our journey into Germany, can’t thank our hosts enough for accommodating our late arrival after our delayed train. Breakfast was great and plentiful, perfect start for our onward motorbike journey to Erlangen.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature. Ideal for cyclists and hikers. The location is surrounded by several beautiful nature areas. The decor of the house is sober and authentic but still very comfortable. The use of old materials and old furniture makes this property very cozy and atmospheric. The outdoor terrace is also very pleasant. In short: we had a very successful weekend here!

We really enjoyed our short break in Antionette's guest house. The guest house is very clean and also very well equipped. The host was always very quick to reach and always responded immediately to concerns. We can only recommend it👌🏼

Beautiful location and well located if you want to visit different places in Limburg. Wendy is a very friendly and responsive host. You will receive a quick answer to all your questions. The apartment is tastefully decorated, kitchen and bathroom contain everything you need. The beautiful garden is also a plus. In warm weather, there is always a place in the shade and you have the company of the lovely dog Mila and the deer in the backyard.

It was a lovely stay! We enjoyed our stay at Happy Horses. Everything was perfect: a complete kitchen, nice bathroom and a warm welcome from the hostess and one of the horses. The area is beautiful - we have made many beautiful bike rides around Hamont-Achel As a souvenir, we even left a small painting. A place to look back on with a smile!

Mirjam and her husband are extremely kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment is incredibly charming. Guests have access to the garden throughout their stay. You can pet the horses, chickens, and a cat. There is a magnificent (vegetarian) breakfast with many homemade products, including jam made from fruit from their own garden. Questions are answered very quickly. We had a great stay and can recommend the accommodation without exception.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely stay super quiet! Lovely friendly hosts! Kitchen was well stocked with everything u need. Bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean! Warm water constantly available!

We were very kindly received. Maria gave a good tip for a tour of the house. It is a beautiful cottage located in a very beautiful garden that you share with the hosts. Kevin and Gert's home was everything we needed and more for a relaxing stay in wonderful Antwerp ❤️ We had great communication from them prior to our stay, they were flexible when our arrival time changed and provided a lovely warm welcome when we finally got there! The space was even nicer in person than the photos and felt beautifully curated and calm. It was extremely spacious with a super comfy bedroom, and the balcony area was a lovely bonus. It was the perfect sanctuary after a busy day exploring. The local neighbourhood is very pretty and has plenty of restuarants, cafes, museums and lovely outdoor spaces. Kevin and Gert kindly gave us their recommendations for places to eat and explore but it was also really easy to walk out and find things and the tram stop at the top of the street made it easy to get further afield. We are already plotting our next trip to Antwerp, will definitely stay for longer next time, and would love to stay with Kevin and Gert again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the vibrant city of Antwerp. Hannes's apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and with secure underground car parking. It's in a lovely location, a few minutes from the heart of the city by public transport, Velo bike, or on foot. Hannes was an attentive and responsive host, answering messages and making great suggestions about the local area and its amenities. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Antwerp.

Beautiful studio/apartment. Everything you need for a stay in Antwerp. Beautiful quiet location in a trendy neighborhood. It also feels safe at night. Ideal for 2, maybe a bit small for 4. I made the mistake of not reading or viewing the instructions in advance. At first glance, it is somewhat illogical how to check in. That is because you have to temporarily park on the street somewhere (which is not possible at the address of the apartment, but within a very short walking distance), then you have to pick up the keys and parking badge on foot in the atrium of the building and then go to the parking lot (driving into the parking lot of the hospital, which feels a bit strange because it is far from the apartment because you have to drive all the way to the egg under the apartment building). It would have saved us some stress if we had read that in advance. We received the information more than on time.

Very nice contact! I am more than satisfied. You should only keep in mind that the accommodation is not directly in the city, but in a beautiful nature reserve with a lot of peace. If you want to go to the city, you can get there on foot in 25 minutes and in 10 minutes with the bicycles provided. Once again, a big thank you to the hosts. Regards, Dirk

We had an incredible stay and Cristina’s place. The apartment is very bright, cozy, and has a beautiful rooftop terrace. It is located in a quiet area of the city center and within walking distance of the best restaurants, cafés, and shops - So you truly get the best of both worlds. Cristina was a great host - Very responsive and flexible with check-in times which made our time in Antwerp even better. We cannot recommend this amazing place enough, it truly felt like a hidden gem!!

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍

First and foremost, our stay got off to a great start with how warmly Ann received us. She took me on a tour of the house, explained all the details well, and shared some tips on what to do, where we could find restaurants, and how to get around Genk. We were impressed with Ann's hospitality and responsiveness to our messages the entire weekend. As a result, our stay was extremely comfortable. The house was even better in person, with many thoughtful touches to make our stay pleasant, tasteful decor, and modern finishes. I highly recommend staying at the apartment, and I am sure you will walk away with the same memorable experience we had.
