Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

The whole group has easy access to everything from this centrally located home. The house is located 4 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful and best beaches in Bønnerup and coastal stretches along the Kattegat. In Bønnerup is also Denmark's best fish shop, waffle bakery, possibility of activities by the water-winter bath club oma. The house is centrally located with really good shopping opportunities in Glesborg and Grenå. There are plenty of woods, walking routes, wildlife, and high ceilings. The house is located in Mårup on the North Island, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There are 900m in the air line between both beach sides. The house is spacious, high ceilings and with many cozy nooks. Bed linen, one towel, and one bath towel per person are included. The beautiful hilly nature is characterized by the North Island, it starts right outside the door. The North Island has shopping, restaurants, and specialty shops. We have a specialty shop HARVEST that also has wine & coffee shop. The gallery is with the works of Pernille.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

We are in the middle of Djursland's lovely nature with opportunities for bike, running and hiking. Lübker golf resort and Djurs Summerland are 10 km away. Our house has 4 bright rooms, a large living room, a lovely terrace and a lovely garden. Come and enjoy the holidays here!

Only a short walk to the cozy fishing harbor and marina and the beautiful sandy beach. In the village and at the harbor there are cozy cafes, restaurants and a fishmonger as well as shops. The street in front of the house is quiet and not very busy.
