The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Cabin studio (1 bunk bed cabin ) (1 sofa bed in the living room) separated by a door composed of an equipped kitchenette and a balcony with a nice view of the Cerdanya.☺️ free parking at the foot of the residence the residence is very quiet. the city center is 300 m away. You can access it on foot by taking a small path located right in front of the residence. Activities: hiking, farm, solar oven, lakes, hot baths... ☺️ Bed linen and towels are not provided.

The accommodation is 5 minutes from Font-Romeu, 10 minutes from the slopes. HOUSE LINENS ARE OPTIONAL, FOR RENT. For the use of the washing machine, a small fee is required.

We had a great stay. The place is exceptional, even better than in the pictures. The furniture and amenities are of very good quality, the view from the living room is also magnificent! The apartment is tastefully decorated, you feel very good right away, it's very cocooning! Communication with Lisa went very well. I recommend it without so much as a second thought! The only small concern we had was on arrival because we had trouble finding the place but otherwise no complaints everything was perfect. Hope to see you soon!

All great. The apartment is as advertised, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Quentin a very friendly host. As elements of improvement, it might be nice to be able to have wifi and check out was not so early (10.30h), but this was not an impediment for the stay to be very satisfactory.
