Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

This guest house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and everything you need. This place is connected to our house, but both place has private entrance. Just a heads up, you might see our kids playing in the backyard so please be considerate. We love living here and meeting with new people, which is why we started Airbnb.
