Enjoy the calm in the heart of the slopes of the Château de Sedieres. Facing nature, you can recharge your batteries, soak up the sun on its fully enclosed 40 m2 terrace, have lunch under the pergola, admire the stars, listen to the deer's bellow... We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Located at the bottom of our property, you are totally independent.

Located in a cul-de-sac, the environment is quiet, in addition the accommodation is surrounded by a small private and enclosed garden. In summer you can enjoy the garden table. The studio is composed of a single room with a bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchenette and a separate shower room. The accommodation is new. Linens and towels are included. For 2 people who each want a bed, the supplement is 10 euros. Breakfast can be offered in the room.

Pleasant studio of approximately 20 m², with a separate bathroom and a separate toilet. This studio is located on the ground floor of our house but it has a completely independent entrance. It consists of a main room with a 140 bed (new quality bedding), a fully equipped kitchen area, a desk area, an armchair and a dressing room. There is also a separate bathroom (shower and towel dryer), a separate toilet and a small hall. Free private parking.

Comfortable eco-lodge 5 km from the A89 (exit 22) on the banks of the river. For vacations, sightseeing, work. Old mill (wheelchair accessible) and private parking. If there is a place of excellence for calm and rejuvenation, it is undoubtedly with us.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Quiet small independent chalet.

We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

P'tit Epona: Cozy cottage on the Plateau de Millevache

🌿 Welcome to P'tit Epona A warm cocoon nestled in the peaceful hamlet of La Sagne, in Corrèze. Here you can enjoy the absolute calm and beauty of nature to truly unwind. You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
